Great work and service

Our wrought iron fence came completely off our concrete stairs on a Sunday afternoon while we were attempting to put out our holiday lights. We live in a split level home with large concrete steps and a 15ft railing leading to our front door. We knew we really wanted something fixed quickly before more winter weather came. I reached out to numerous companies on Sunday and Mike with Americana Iron Works & Fence actually gave me a call the same day to discuss the project and a quote over the phone (based on pictures I had sent). I wanted to do a little more research and hear from a few other companies before committing and he said he would follow-up with me in a day or so. Additional quotes I received were either right in-line with what Mike gave or wanted me to re-do the whole railing and pay $4k+ for the project (and wait until spring). Mike promptly followed up with me when he agreed to and we decided to move forward with the project. The next day he called me and said Americana was available to do the repair that day! The team worked numerous hours at our house and did an excellent job fixing our railing. It looks great and is very sturdy. Mike kept his word on his initial quote and payment was a breeze. I don't typically write reviews for companies but I was VERY impressed with the customer service and workmanship provided by this company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services and will keep them in mind for future projects!

We hired Americana to remove rust and repaint our fire escape stair and metal railings for our condo building. They were the most reasonable of all 3 quotes we received and were able to complete the job in about 4 workdays to a high level of quality. They stayed very responsive during the work process and the stairs look great!

Actually it was my front iron gate repair. They arrived on time, removed the gate, squared it and the posts. Then welded the hinges back and fixed the lock. Working fine now.

Mike was responsive and got back to us quickly. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were very happy.

They were very helpful and explained what was required to solve my problem. I explained that I wanted repair, A.S.A.P. Mike was helpful, he contacted me over two (2) days to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. Even advising what time, after a slight delay, the Tech would arrive. I felt the company valued my time, also. I would recommend this company based on "customer service".

They were professional, efficient, did the work fast, stood by their quote and were honest about the work that needed to be done. I am very pleased with the work they did on both of our fences and would use them again.

The team was great and the work was completed in less than 2 days. They sanded, primed and painted our wrought iron fence. They were very respectful of our plants and the neighbor's yard. Highly recommend Mike and his team!!

Daryl & Mike did a great job of assessing what needed to do be done given that our gate is over 105 years old. They found a way to re-engineer the piece so it would reattach to the existing cast iron fence post. They were courteous, prompt and did outstanding work in a fraction of the time I was expecting. Highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company from beginning to the work being completed. Mike made you feel the job was very important to them and wanted the business. Mike, Darryl and crew were very professional, worked the entire time they were here. Their attention to detail and great attitude while doing the work was so impressive. Made sure we were completely satisfied when job was done. They even came sooner then expected. Would highly recommend this company.

Installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. Did not take them too long to get the job done. Site was always clean after each day of work. Material was American grade as promised and the customer service was excellent. Project manager named Mike was very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend for your metal jobs!

Finally after almost a year and thanks to the father son team of Darryl and James Mckinney, our wrought iron fence and railings have been corrected and completed. We would also like to thank Lyn W. for assisting with getting the project completed.

Price was cheap, quality of work reflected the final product. After 3 different people coming out to measure porch, railing was way off and had to modify installation because it did not fit they way it should have.

The service was very nice they offered nice reasonable quotes only thing was when it came time to do the work they only had 2 workers they were good but it took a bit longing than expected but the work was done right

Mike Joudeh was exceptionally professional through the entire project, from estimate to final completion. The workers cleaned up after they finished and left very little debris. The old magazine rack was destroyed when the stairs came down and they quickly replaced it with a new one. I highly recommend Americana Iron Works and Fence!

The actual work that was done on the appropriate property was good. However, team members : * Initially removed an existing fence from the wrong property *Did not replace the fence in an acceptable amount of time *Tried to extend the install date of the fence at the correct property * Have yet to respond to a follow-up questions after receiving the check for the balance. This team appears to be stretch a bit thin at this point in time and that is unfortunate for future business. The work is good, but there is room for improvement with the customer service.
