THE FACT THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT OUR CHARGES WERE A BIT PRICEY, AND THE EXCELLENT RECEPTION THAT YOU PROVIDED US TO CARE FOR THE MOUSE INVASION OF YOUR HOME; GIVES ME PAUSE TO ANSWER IN SOME DETAIL, AS FOLLOWS: MANY COMPANIES IN OUR INDUSTRY PROVIDE MAINTENANCE SERVICE. THIS CAN PLACE AN OBLIGATION TO CONTINUE A SERVICE BEYOND THE INITIAL SEVERAL SERVICES THAT IT SHOULD TAKE TO RESOLVE A MOUSE PROBLEM. THIS SERVICE IS CALLED "PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE", AND IS THE "BREAD & BUTTER" HALLMARK OF THE INDUSTRY. WE, ON THE OTHER HAND, WANT TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THE CONDITION. WE ARE LESS INTERESTED IN REGULAR VISITS AND MORE INTERESTED IN CORRECTION, FIRST, BY ELIMINATING THE ACTIVE PROBLEM, AND SECOND, BY MAKING PERMANENT CORRECTIONS, AND, OR RECOMMENDING THE PLAN THAT WILL PERMANENTLY RESOLVE THE MOUSE THREAT. CONSIDERING THAT MOST OTHER COMPANIES WILL CHARGE OVER A PERIOD OF TIME, AND THAT WE WILL ONLY CHARGE FOR ELIMINATION AT AN INITIAL VISIT, AND POSSIBLY A FOLLOW UP FEE, AT HALF THE FIRST VISIT FEE, WITH A 90 DAY GUARANTEE AGAINST RECURRENCE; I BELIEVE OUR PRICES OVER A TOTAL PERIOD, ARE LESS EXPENSIVE, AND HAVE MORE VALUE ADDED.
