Our company provides trained and experienced cleaning professionals on staff who clean as a team of 2 or 3 people. We are ready to clean Monday-Friday 7 AM-6 PM . Our services cover broad range of cleaning and housekeeping needs: from full time daily housekeeping services to last minute Pre-closing, move in or post construction "Power Cleaning". We can do it all! We are not a franchise. We are locally owned, Chicago based professional service. Customer satisfaction is of great importance to every member of our team. We cherish our long term clients and strive to build strong relationships based on honesty and open communication with all customers. For all Angie's List members we offer 10% off on the first visit. Outstanding job.
Description of Work: Two hours with two workers (4 hr job) cleaned radiators, windows, blinds as requested. And also cleaned bathroom and kitchen with excess time. Cleaned every corner and hidden area, definitely did not pass over anything.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon because of the reputation, but was incredibly disappointed when someone came to do an estimate for continuing service. It turns out the coupon is for minimal cleaning - and the estimator tried to sell me a full day of "premium" service. This company charges for basic service, which does not include much more than the biggest areas of dusting, floors and bathrooms. No details like light fixtures, wiping kitchen cabinets, baseboards, etc.

This review is NOT about the quality of job we did, as this person never actually hired us. Please take this insto consideration when reading it-it is just about that this client's expectations were not quite realistic in terms of what can be done in the house. During in person estimate I gave several options. To say in plain language: unfortutely in real world if you cannot buy used Ford and expect it to run and be serviced like a new Mercedes. It is just never happens. The coupon in plain and simple language says that it covers 4 MAN HOURS of cleaning. MAN HOURS is usually divided by the number of people on a team: that is: if one person cleans the house-she will clean for 4 hours, if 2 people clean the house, those 4 MAN HOURS will be divided between them, and they clean together for 2 real life hours. When there is a request to hand wipe all nooks and crannies: 1700 SF of living space, that includes 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, the house did not have a good cleaning in a while there is absolutely no way anyone in this world would be able to hand clean (the way it was requested) all baseboards, all wall trims (chairrails), all light fixtures, all fans, ALL DOORS, all window sills, all chairs and all planks on chairs and everything else in such manner in 4 man hours. Whether you like to hear this or not. Such cleaning simply will require more time. Period.This deal is not about abusing cleaning staff and suck out everything possible for minimal price. This is a wrong assumption. This is a way to get introduced to a new service. So if you have a house and it needs a lot of attention to all details-you can choose your priorities, where you want to spend those 4 hours. If you want the WHOLE house to be cleaned but do not want to give more time: sorry, but only so much can be done, and only BASIC cleaning that covers only general areas can be performed within alloted time.This is what all the rest of our clients (and it has been hundreds of them) did. By no means anyone will be trying to push or sell more hours to anyone. We just giving options. And thus the price of the product. If you have a 100% medical insurance-yes, it will cover each and every visit 100%, but you pay way more for it, it is expensive. You can pay minimal for health insurance, right? But this way it will cover only your very basic needs if any. Why anyone would be criticizing and expect anything different from cleaning service? We are very flexible with our pricing structure and the scheduling. We offer several packages so clients have more choices. When I have in person estimate in the client's home and hear and understand their needs, I can just make suggestion which package to go with based on their expectations. So first and formost-everyone needs to set realistic expectations. There is a very good number of cleaning providers: individual and companies, big and small, professional and not. I am sure there is always an option to find someone whose price will be a better match to budget if that is main issue. Instead of actually taking their time to go and unreasonably damage reputation of a company without even giving a chance to see how we work. How can someone rate quality "D" whithout even seeing the end results and quality of it? This is just wrong.
