It turned out just fine.

They did a very good job. We were pleased with the service.

The gentleman arrived on time, and had a bit of trouble understanding me due to a language barrier but eventually understood which ones to rescreen. He left with them, and came back about 2 hours later. He installed them, it was fine but about a month later the tubing has started to come out of three of the windows. Suspect I'll have to have this done again by the time spring rolls around.

It went ok. The deal allowed for a certain amount of feet and I did have to pay an additional for extra feet of gutters. I did expect for them to use their own equipment, however, he used my garden hose to do the work.

I ended up not using the coupon because they were unable to come out soon enough, but they were fine to deal with over the phone.

The first appointment had to be rescheduled. I wasn't notified and had to call the company to find out what was going on. The people who were to do the job had car trouble so I don't blame them. I do think the company should of called me to let me know what was going on but they did promise me additional footage at no extra charge. The second appointment also had to have a call made to the company as the scheduled time passed with no service. It seems that the people doing the job were given the wrong address and again I didn't blame them. When they finally did arrive they did the job and I was pleased with their work.

You schedule with an out-of-state office and book the Chicago crew....but it was smooth and the service was good.

Overall went well, per above, except for the missed date at first.

America's Best service man did a great job. On time, conscientious and professional.

I won't be surprised if they don't show up on December 15th.

Our outside siding was in dire need of cleaning but we didn't have the time or knowledge to do it. We found other pressure cleaners that were twice and three times the cost and they would pressure clean with required additional services that we didn't need. (gutter cleaning, roof inspections, etc.). America's Best is a national company who hires local professionals. The appointment maker from America's Best was consistent and professional when we had to reschedule a few times due to our work schedule or weather. We were contacted the morning of the job and given a specific time of arrival. Jesus was very conscientious and his team worked meticulously to ensure that every part of our home was clean. We will use America's Best and Jesus again!

They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 11 am. I stayed there till 12:00 p.m., and they didn't show up. I then called America's Best, who said I had to call Angies List. Someone called me at about 12:45 p.m. to say they were at my house, however by then I was half an hour away. They were not going to be able to complete the work without additional compensation (based on their terms), and I would not be there to give it to them since I was not able to drive back to my house.

Big Deal: It was great to see this as a Big Deal. Not sure I would have done it w/out being a BD. The young man was very polite, on time, fast, and walked through the process plus other great stories, he was a retired (even though young) downtown city of Chicago high rise window washer!

The regional manager couldn’t find the house with his GPS so the job couldn’t be done. I just got off the phone to reschedule. They asked if the water would be turned on. They said they needed water to do that job. I told them that they should have let us know beforehand. I called Angie’s List to cancel the deal, I don’t need the hassle.

They were supposed to come out on a Saturday. They came three or four hours late and they said they were going to come back, but they called to cancel due to rain. It was raining where they were, but not at my residence. They didn't even have the right equipment with them.

We had many additional windows and they charged a very fair price to complete the whole house. Will have this business back to do it again in a year.

America's Best was very easy to work with in scheduling the appointment and explaining what the deal covered. They also explained the additional work that could be covered. On the day of the original appointment, their technician was having car problems. They contacted me immediately to explain and reschedule. They handled it very professionally. On the day of the second appointment, the technician called ahead to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was very professional and repaired all 6 window screens as the coupon advertised. He asked about window cleaning. Without being pushy, he provided an estimate for window cleaning before he left. He also assured me he would beat any price I got from another service. I would recommend this provider and definetely hire them again for more work.

I bought 2 Big Deals from Angie's List from America's Best. My experience was poor with them. They argued about the amount of work I contracted them for. It was very hard to get in contact with them. Amanda was very argumentative about the service and was even insulting. She implied it was my misunderstanding. I told her I felt this was a bait and switch, she hung up on me. Her supervisor did call me back. I would not use them again. My gutters still are not completely finished. The employees who did the work were wonderful but my customer service interaction on the phone was horrible.

This company was very polite, professional, and patient. I have 2 large dogs and they worked with me to allow me to move the dogs in and out of the house. They even cleaned a glass door and I wasn't expecting them to clean the door. I would definately use them again.

I originally wanted to get 6 out of 9 of my screens replaced for $99. Then the guy offered to clean my windows and tracks, so I spent additional money to get all my windows cleaned. However, when I first called to place the order for the screens to be replaced, the representative said they would do it on the spot. In reality, that didn't happen for 3 more days.

I had contacted America's Best to schedule our appointment, receiving prompt responses from Amanda Collins and getting all of my questions answered. I was told someone would be at my home no earlier than 8am and no later than 11am, but arrival time was around 11:15am due to not being able to find the address. This wasn't a problem for me as I was working from home that particular day, however, under different circumstances it may have been an issue. The two people that were at the house were professional and listened to everything I needed. They picked up after themselves and always removed their shoes when they were in the house. If I saw a spot and pointed it out they addressed it without any hesitation. They worked efficiently and took care not to harm the landscaping or house exterior. The whole process took approximately 2.5 hours.

We moved into our house last November and I don't know when the last window cleaning was performed. It was obvious that the windows needed attention. A crew of 3 arrived right on schedule and went right to work. They finished, i wrote a check, and that was that...just like it should be. Thank you very much.

Everything was great. I had the windows done the week before I was moving, so I had no time. They did a wonderful job, and although they were a little pricey, I wanted a high quality job done and they delivered. They put booties over their shoes, and went out of their way to do great work.
