Company was overbooked – couldn’t get here till December 22, which was too late.

We had them out and they were great. They worked very fast here.

They responded promptly and did a good job. They cleaned after themselves and their price was fair.

They did a good job, and then we called them back to do more work, but they didn't cover this area anymore, so we called someone else. They were very good. They were good enough for us to call back. They were polite, they were on time, and they did a good job. We didn't have any dislikes. We would use them if they were around here.

I am getting a refunded because they don't service my area.

I got three people for four hours and it was great!

The pressure washing went good. Everything was very clean and we were satisfied. They did a great job and the house was really clean. I didn't see any kind resin in the corners by the entry way and I think that they pressure washed it very well. I'd recommend them to anybody.

They told me I had extra-large windows and it would cost me more. I had to pay $150 more. I have to get someone to re-do else before the summer is up. I was not satisfied. I won’t them again.

He actually cleaned my windows so I paid him some extra for that but not for the screening. He was nice. Everything was fine, and I am satisfied. I do recall that they said they were going to re-screen at the same day, but it turns out they had to come back. He took the broken ones and came back with a new one. That was kind of disappointing.

It went well, we were happy with the service. I'm pretty sure they only did that around when they've been advertising, I'm not sure because we weren't at home.

I didn't have any problem scheduling. I didn't waited very long. The price was reasonable. They were very pleasant people to deal with. They did a great job. And they did the job quickly and correctly.

I thought for sure they would follow up. The young woman told me if I didn't hear back from her today (4/1/2013) that I would definitely hear back from her tomorrow (4/2/2013). Still waiting.......

Price was a lot more than anticipated. Interior paint was damaged on one window.

It was a little frustrating because we were told that they would arrive at 8:00am, but later found out that the time was actually between 8:00 and Noon. It would have been nice to receive a confirmation call the day before or the day of to give a better estimate as to arrival time.

I was given an arrival timeframe of 8-11am. I received a phone call at 10:15 saying they would be another hour (11:15am). I received yet another call at 11am telling me they wouldn't arrive until 12:30. However, the two people that did arrive to perform the house cleaning were extremely polite and very friendly. The cleaning performed was decent though I did still find dirt on several areas of my floor after they were finished. While it was accidental, the woman broke one of the sets of blinds in my guest room. Things like knick-knacks and rugs were not put back in anywhere near the same general area that they belonged after counters were wiped or furniture was dusted or the floors were cleaned. I would not hire them again.

They arrived on time. They did the work as stated within the deal. They did a great job.

The price was to be $99 for 100 feet of gutter and down spout. I missed the downspout part of the deal when I accepted the deal , as a result I received a call from America's Best requesting an additional $38 because the total length of gutters and downspout exceeded the 100 feet, which I paid.

I called to set-up an appointment and they were busy, so it took a while to get an appointment. The first appointment the person did not show because of the rain but did not call either. I had to call to find out what happened. They rescreened 6 windows where the screens had rippen or torn. Service was good for the money.

I bought their Big Deal; the price was unbeatable. They did a wonderful job. They were very friendly, complete, and they did really nice work. I was very pleased; I have had a number of different window washers, with a large house and my husband and I are both being retired. My experience was excellent. They clean the windows no matter what the time of the year is; except in rain or snow

The 2 women arrived punctually. One of the 2 spoke English. It took awhile for them to unpack and set up and they cleaned for 3 1/2 hours; the deal was for 4 hours. They were pleasant and polite but definitely not self starters and had to be coached frequently in order to get the job agreed on in advance completed as described at the beginning of the session. When they were finished, the house was adequately cleaned, but not as clean as the job done by my previous cleaning lady of many years who had to leave my employ for personal reasons after 12 years.

Workers on site were efficient and courteous. The scheduling was initially a bit of a problem. We had a date selected and no one showed up and no calls were received alerting me that it had been cancelled. Once it was rescheduled all went well.

Two men arrived and rang my door bell. I answered the door and one had a stop watch and said "your time starts now." From that point on every ten or fifteen minutes he would ring the bell and let me know how much time I had left. That being said the ladies I spoke to, to set up the appointments couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

The people at America's best were very nice to deal with and the person they send did an outstanding job and done very quicily. I'm not so sure I like the prices they generally charge, but then I have no experience with other window washing companies

The person who answered the phone was polite and professional and worked to accomodate my schedule, offering several options. Whe I learned that the Big Deal didn't include moving furniture, cleaning inside appliances or cleaning the inside of windows, I cancelled and asked for a refund. My 2BR/2BA apartment is very dirty, but I don't have enough work for 8 hours of cleaning personnel without at least two of the three services that were excluded.
