Description of Work: My oven broke and they diagnosed the problem over the phone when I called for service. I was able to give them the oven model # and they were then able to order the part and install it in one service call that lasted less than 25 minutes. Our oven was working again for the Christmas holiday.

Description of Work: Called on Tuesday and described the problem with the refrigerator/freezer. At the same time requested that my icemaker be replaced. Received a call back from the owner within five minutes and set the appointment for the next day. On the day of the appointment he arrived on time with all of the necessary parts and replaced the faulty parts quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up after himself and removed the faulty parts and new parts boxes. It could not have gone any better!

Fabulous.
Description of Work: Carl came promptly and evaluated my dishwasher problems. Another company told me it would cost $400+ and that they would repair it. Carl of Accurate Appliance, evaluated and told me that it was not worth fixing! He suggested that I buy a new one rather than repair it! When he left I asked him how much I owed him. He did not charge me for his time or services. I would use Accurate Appliance again and would recommend AA to anyone. I support this business!

It didn't go, no show, no call.
Description of Work: I called to have someone come by and look at my washing machine. I called the number and was told Ken would call me back to set an appt. Ken did call me back and set a general window between 1:00 and 2:30 on Friday, March 27. He did not come and did not call. I called again the next day and was given his cell phone number. I left a message but have yet to receive a call back.

Sorry to the customer ,We called her to let her know that we were on the way to her house,but no answer. We do not go to the house if there is no one home.We called her back the next day and again no answer.I am in business to repair appliances. Please check are other customer reports,we try to do the best we can.

I called Accurate Appliance on a Friday to schedule an appointment. Carl returned my call within 10 minutes and we scheduled a service call for Monday. The next morning (Saturday), he called again and said that he was in my area and could stop by within an hour if I would be in. I agreed and he came within the hour and repaired my oven just in time for Thanksgiving! He was responsive and efficient and I would definitely call him again.

Kenny is a saint! I called at the last minute on a Saturday morning with a stackable washer/dryer that wouldn't wash and 3 loads of dirty laundry. He was booked and couldn't come out until Monday to help me. But, he walked me through a few simple steps on the phone, and my problem was fixed. Free of charge. Kenny gets big karma points today, and I want to give Accurate Appliance an A+ for honest service. I will definitely call them again with any appliance-repair needs.

My dryer was not working well ever since I had my dryer vents cleaned. He quickly determined the problem (the vent tubing had gotten smashed) and replaced the tubing.

Carl arrived on time and without any discussion went right to work. Not a jabberer. He seemed very knowledgeable about the dishwasher and was able to figure the problem right away. He tested it out after he fixed it to make sure it was working. Done.
Description of Work: Carl fixed the clog in our dishwasher that would overflow onto the floor when we used it. It turned out to be as simple as the the incorrect way the drain hose was arranged.

The technicians name was Carl. He ended up coming a day before he was supposed to. He didn't charge me overtime. He removed the contents of the freezer and de-iced it within 20 minutes. He was fast, efficient, doesn't talk when he works (he just told me what was wrong) and he was in and out of here. I would recommend him.

Phoned in Thursday evening and was promised a service call for Friday afternoon. Carl actually showed up Friday morning! He fixed the problem (agitator and drum not spinning in washer) and left. My wife ran a load and no go. She called Accurate right away to let them know of the problem. Carl was right back to replace the defective part installed and everything is right as rain. I would not hesitate to call again.
