Description of Work: Ivan came out and fixed a loose latch on my dishwasher (causing it to leak out the front) and also de-gunked it so it would drain better. Additionally he fixed another workman's attachment to have it drain more efficiently.

Description of Work: Dryer repair - belt broken. Ivan replaced belt, cleaned dust from under drum, noted issue with dryer b**** that probably caused belt to break. Prompt, quick, clear about the repair needed. This is the only company I call for appliance repair. They do an excellent job - call back, make appointments and stick to them and come on time. What a pleasure!

Description of Work: AA Best is the Best! Once again, they have saved me. I was doing laundry (before leaving for a trip the next day) and found that my dryer seemed to be working but there was no heat. I called AA Best and they managed to squeeze my in that afternoon. Manny the serviceperson was quick, explained everything and I was back finishing my laundry in no time. AA has serviced my washer and refrigerator, and again did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Ivan came in the evening on the same day we called him. He replaced the broken dial on our washing machine with a new, much heavier and stronger one. He also fixed our badly-dented dishwasher door. I didn't really think either of these things could be fixed! He is absolutely the best.

Description of Work: We had a scary occurence with our oven-even when turned off the heating element remained on with the temp climbing-we finally had to flip the circuit breaker to go to sleep! Ivan camer out the next morning and said we needed to replace the circuit board which was an expensive proposition and would not be cost efficient. He stayed for quite a while trying a couple different remedies, but only charged us for the initial service call.
