Dishwasher repair
Description of Work: Our dishwasher wasn’t draining and plumbers couldn’t find anything clogged. Called AA and was able to make an appointment easily for the next day. Chaz found the issue and fixed it, and have run the dishwasher several times since without any issues. Also want to note that Chaz was professional, friendly, and wore a heavy-duty mask for the duration of his service visit, which was greatly appreciated since there is someone in my house who is immune compromised. Price was fair based on other estimates I received. Would use AA in the future for any appliance repairs.

Swimmingly!
Description of Work: My dryer had stopped working---Ivan and his son came EARLY, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. I then asked them to look at my oven and they fixed that, too! I have no comparison for pricing---as I've never had appliances repaired. But, they came on the same day I called, were cheerful and honest, and seemed to like my dog, too. I can't recommend them enough--especially for this single lady who has to rely on the kindness of strangers for repairs.

I CALLED ON A THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND IVAN WAS AT MY HOUSE AT 8:00 AM. FRIDAY MORNING. HE QUICKLY ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, TOLD US HE NEEDED TO GO AND PURCHASE A PART, TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT THE PART WOULD COST, AND TOLD US WHEN HE WOULD RETURN THAT DAY TO INSTALL THE PART. HE RETURNED EARLIER THAN PROMISED AND PROMPTLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. COST FOR PART AND LABOR WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND IVAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
