Great - they were very responsive and, since I live nearby, at my house within 30 minutes. The job took about 30 minutes to complete and there were no issues.

They were pretty good and prompt. Only took about an hour or so. Reasonably priced.

Took the dryer apart and cleaned it and fixed the seal and exhaust. Runs more efficiently and clothes don't get stuck. He was so good my wife wants to break something else so he comes back. He is just a great guy and so kind.

AA Best Appliance answered my voicemail within an hour and came over promptly the next day. Jenn-Air no longer makes parts for this stove but they took the stove apart and tried to MacGyver a solution for me. Unfortunately, the computer that controls the temp, etc is bad so nothing they did could work. They were very professional, extremely kind in trying to find a solution, and only charged me for the diagnostic visit despite taking a bunch of time to dismantle the stove and try to find a solution. They were even very sweet to my dog and cat. I will definitely hire this company again.

Ivan and his helper Chaz were amazing! They texted before they came and were very punctual. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it immediately. They did amazing work and charged a very fair price. I will call them again for any future problems!

The guys came in, looked at the stove, and made the necessary adjustments. They then checked the other three burners and made an additional adjustment so everything worked fine. They were polite, helpful, and explained everything. They even took the Angies List coupon. It was great.

Company came in the early half of the appointment window, which was nice. I called the company as a landlord made it quite clear to call the tenant when they arrive. Company still called me instead and was short with the tenant once they finally did call her. The company is located close to the apartment, which is why I picked them. Parking right outside the front door is permit parking but 1/2 block down is pay for parking; but once they got to the unit they requested a parking permit from the tenant which she doesn't have. They were quite put out and she explained the parking but they didn't move their car. Once they saw the washer they told her "strike 2, and they won't be able to do this repair". I guess via a voicemail they left me one repairman had a bad back and couldn't lift the stackable unit. What I learned from this: make it clear that it's a stackable unit and where it's located and that they will have to pay for parking. Even though parking isn't a responsibility of the customer and the type of unit should be a question the repairman asks. I guess everyone has there bad days but no excuse to be rude.

As always, Ivan and Chaz took the dryer apart, fixed it, and left the place neat as a pin in record time.

Fast contact and confirmation of appointment. Ivan was on time for the appointment. Ivan confirmed the work needed and reviewed the analysis of his check of why the dryer was not functioning correctly. The dryer igniter was replaced and invoice sent. As has been the case with all of the repairs done by Ivan and his team - service was excellent from start to completion.

AA Best Appliance Service came to fix the ice-maker in the condo that we are renting. Ivan and Chaz came, a little after 9:00am and within the window of 9-11am that Ivan promised. They promptly came up to the unit, and asked what the problem was. After telling him the ice- maker was not producing ice, he took a look. Within 5 minutes he had the thing diagnosed, and was calling our landlord to approve the replacement of the bad ice-maker because it was not cycling. Thinking to myself this would take a week to get the part in, Ivan said he needed to go to his car and get the needed replacement. Which was a surprise to me that he had a replacement with him. Within 30 minutes he and Chaz had the ice-maker replaced. The new one fit beautifully except for the pour spout. Ivan took the extra time to pull out the new ice-maker and put in a longer pour spout. Both Ivan and Chaz were very knowledgeable and professional about the job they were doing, and engaged in enjoyable conversation. They did not dilly dally around, but got in, did the job and got out. and I thank them for that. I have one recommendation for them. It would be nice if they would wear protective plastic covers on their boots so as not to track in slush/snow/water from the outside. But they got most of it off at the front door before coming in. Thank you for a good experience.

Ivan called ahead to inquire about the work that needed to be done and to schedule the work. After he installed the new belt, he made sure the drum was aligned. He honored a $20 coupon I clipped from Angies website. He also provided tips on extending the life of the dryer.

Ivan showed up on time and was very efficient. He even showed me where the problem was and how I could diagnose it myself next time. I would recommend him.

Great! Ivan came out and diagnosed the problem, got a replacement part, and returned to install it. Upon installation, he discovered that the original part was, in fact, ok, but had been previously miswired. He corrected, and returned the new part. Integrity and professionalism is such a rare and valuable thing today.

Great! Problem fixed very fast and he guaranteed his services. Also he even called me back to check in the next day.

Contractor was asked to call in advance of arriving at the building so I could be there to let him in. Instead he showed up unannounced and got in a fight with a tenant. When he did eventually call he said he was angry that a tenant would yell at him. I apologized on the tenants behalf and told him I'd be at the building within 10 mins. He begrudgingly agreed and hung up. Contractor called back 2 mins later and said he wouldn't be treated this way by anyone (even though I had nothing to do with his fight with the tenant) and was leaving and immediately hung up the phone on me. He then wouldn't answer subsequent calls. Summary: Left me without repair work because he showed up unannounced and got into a fight with a tenant! Will never hire again.

Very good work. He explained what the problem was, and the ways it could be corrected. He tried the less expensive option first and it was all I needed.
