Another super experience with Ivan! =He came almost instantly to check on our tenant's leaky washer, saw the problem and fixed it with a part fashioned from a rubber hose he had with him! Also he advised not to fix but to live with balky start buttons on two Bosch dishwashers, and opened bent radiator fins on a Northland refrigerator, so it could cool the coils and run more quietly. Great job, great service!

This is the second time Ivan has come to service our appliances and both times we have been very happy with his work. He explains what he is doing and always has tips on safety and how to get the best out of your appliances. The prices are very reasonable and Ivan is extremely professional. Superb. This was the second time I have called Ivan, and both experiences have been top-notch. I called him late on a Friday afternoon and he came by, as scheduled, the next day. He was friendly and easily identified the problem, which was not mechanical. He even provided advice on an unrelated plumbing issue. He's very trustworthy and his fees are extremely reasonable.

I was very happy with this company. Ivan was extremely responsive and tried to fix the problem the most cost efficient way. When that didn't work, he promptly ordered and replaced the new part. He did not charge for a second service call and did apply the Angie's List discount. He's prompt, nice, and well priced; and I would certainly call him in the future.

Ivan was on time when he came out to diagnose the problems and in returning with the parts to fix the problems. He was able to quickly get the replacements and come out the next day to complete the repairs. He answered all of my questions and the entire job was quick and professional. I appreciated the fact that Ivan was very flexible on scheduling, and was able to come out immediately.

The repair man determined that there was no problem. I was impressed that he showed up at the time he said he would, and told me that if I need another service call within 90 days it would be free.

I received a prompt return phone call from Ivan shortly after leaving a message regarding my dryer. He came out next day, and told me I needed a new motor. He offered to go back to the shop that night to get the part I needed, and fixed it same day. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend Ivan to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Overall, good experience. The man who came out was friendly and clean. He had to leave to pick up a part, but was back very quickly. I liked the fact that they schedule in two hour windows, when everyone else seems to schedule in 4 or 5 hour increments. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Ivan was very prompt (promised to be at our home between 9am and 11am and was here at 9 sharp). He laid his tools out carefully and made no mess. The oven was as clean when he left as when he arrived. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. He did his job well. We had made two earlier appointments that we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We called and canceled 24 hours ahead of time. Ivan showed no resentment over those earlier cancelled appointments. We would hire him again without hesitation.

We called that day (December 16th) in the morning, and they were able to come out that afternoon, scheduled time at 4:00 pm. Repairman was there on time and was able to identify and solve the problem within an hour. Also, he fixed my garbage disposal free of charge! He was extremely helpful and very nice. Would DEFINITELY use them again, and would recommend to everyone.

Great experience. Ivan promptly returned my phone call, and when he had to order a part for my washer, he was able to still repair the washer in a way for me so that it would still function until the part came in. That was helpful. When the part came in, he called me right away, and was willing to meet me back at my home to complete the repair, even though it was 3:30 pm. I really appreciated it. The washer works great.

Based on the reviews on Angie's List, I called AA first. Ivan returned my call within 30 minutes and was able to come out the next day. This was 4 business days prior to Thanksgiving, and our oven didn't work! Ivan came to diagnose it on a Friday and was able to order the part and repair on Saturday. Additionally, he provided assistance on a leaky washing machine for free. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled. Highly recommended.
