They were fast, on time for my appointment, and friendly. He made a special trip to obtain a necessary part for my refrigerator and returned the same day -- at rush hour! Fantastic.

Problems were diagnosed and repaired quickly.

The guy was wonderful. He could of said we needed to buy a new fridge but he asked for a hair dryer and was able to use the hair dryer and a saw to fix the problem. He did not try to waste my money.

The appointment was set for two days after my initial contact. Ivan was on time; pleasant; explained what needed to be done and why. Gave advice on dishwasher and refrigerator maintenance, presumably at no extra charge. I felt that the total cost was reasonable. Sensing my lack of appliance expertise, he could have padded the bill with extra charges for the dishwasher, but he did not. What more could I ask of a service person?

Our 5-year-old dishwasher stopped working and we called Ivan after Sears said they couldn't come for 4 days! Ivan was able to come that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a small rewiring to fix it. While he was there I asked if he could also make our clothes dryer stop buzzing when it finished drying and he happily did that as well. He was in and out in about an hour and the price was right. He was courteous and honest. I will call him for any other work we might need. I used his Angie's List coupon so we got a 10% discount as well.

Prompt answer of phone. Prompt arrangement of appointment. Arrived on time, was neat and clean and told us what the issue was. All the way around, an excellent experience.

They were able to come the same day that I called and they fixed our washer. Great service!

Someone came out on a Saturday with only 2 days notice. He was on time, replaced a few parts immediately and had the dryer back in proper working order with an hour.

The company sent a pleasant and knowledgeable technician who quickly unlocked the door. He offered to fix the defective autoclean feature for $375, but recommended that we just not use the autoclean feature and apply the money toward a new range. We took his common sense suggestion.

We called on a Saturday morning and they fit us in two hours later. The man who came was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was happy to explain everything that he was doing. We were extremely impressed and happy with the work. They did it fast and in a very professional manner.

1st time: on time. 2nd time: Running bit late but called to tell me so. Able to get a next day appointment. Very friendly & fair prices. I would use them again & have given their number to others.

Mr. Velez responded promptly to my call (same day). He scheduled the visit for the next day. The technician (Manny Rodriguez) arrived in the promised 2-hour window. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was very polite, informative, didn't leave any mess. He accepted the Angie's list coupon for a discount on the repair.

Ivan was extremely pleasant and friendly. He obviously knew what he was doing b/c the next time we used the dishwasher, all of our dishes came out spotlessly. I was very impressed by him, and would recommend him to anyone. He gave us some tips and advice for keeping the dishwasher up to snuff in the future, and made sure that everything was working prior to his departure.

Ivan was prompt, friendly, efficient and thorough. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend!

He was on time, courteous and worked quickly while explaining what needed to be done. Ivan was helpful, efficient, and answered all my questions. He definitely saved us money and I felt I could trust what he told me. He showed me how to check and clean the furnace myself in the future, and helped solve a toilet leak as well.

Ivan was on time and professional but, when he arrived at our house and saw that the refrigerator was a GE Monogram series, he said he would not work on them because there were too many problems. While he did not charge for his time in coming to the house, he could have asked the make and model when we spoke on the phone so we could have called someone else right away.

Ivan was very professional and came within a day of my phone call request. The 12 yr old Maytag dryer was making a squealing noise that was getting increasingly worse over the course of 2 weeks. When he came over, we could not duplicate the sound. He spent a good deal of time trying to replicate it and only charged us for a service call... stating that if the noise returned w/in 2 months he would only charge us an additional parts and labor. This seemed very fair and honest to me. Half an hour after he left, the noise returned although not as loud. He came back out the same day, and even though the sound went away by the time he came back-he took the dryer apart and did the work described. It sounds beautiful and I'm glad he did not mess around with it. I did not shop around for prices, but his rate seemed fair. He also guaranteed his work for 90 days.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE REASONABLE PRICE. HE ARRIVED PUNCTUALLY, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

The repairman was punctual and even though he had to order a part and return to do the work, the work was turned around very quickly.

Ivan arrived on time and took care of the whole job in one day. He was polite and business-like.
