Ivan came out on a Tuesday, diagnosed the problem and returned on Thursday to fix it. Ivan was available the very next day from the time I called about my problem. He examined the dryer and determined what the problem was in about five minutes. He said that he had to order the part and would give me a call when the part came in. Ivan called me on a Wednesday evening and said he could come out on Thursday to fix. Ivan originally quoted me $250 but since the repair didn't take as long as he thought he only charged me $208 (how often does that happen). Ivan was very polite and professional. He called when he said he was going to and that is a rare things these days. He showed up on time.

Very happy! I loved that Ivan wanted to see the job down and was willing to do his best. I would've had to have called a duct cleaner to get this done. Thank you Ivan. (The price reflects that he bought my dryer vent cleaning tool from me.)

Ivan is GREAT! He was able to come out quickly. He gave me a one hour timeframe, and he even called me 15 minutes before he got there. He also fixed my dryer with ease, and let me know everything he was doing.

They returned my call within a couple of hours and gave me a two hour window for the next day. Ivan arrived at right on time (how refreshing usually I'm made to wait the the full time window). He quickly diagnosed and fixed both problems and left, very polite and very focused.

So far so good - the ice maker is STILL WORKING! Ivan was very professional and willing to try a variety of things to ensure that he had solved the problem. He took down the part number of the ice maker in case it really quit on us so that he could order it promptly if need be. We would recommend his work!

The invoice is a little misleading. There was a flat rate charge of $90 and a service charge/diagnostics charge of $49. At first I thought it strange that the flat rate didn t cover all the labor involved since it took less than an hour to do the repair. Later, Ivan informed me that the $49 was for the parts (not the labor). I would suggest that their invoice be more specific: Labor Time and Extension and Parts Time and extension. This would be more typical and understandable.

Ivan was personable and responsive.

Ivan was on-time, friendly, and even helped take off a closet door (big pain) so he could get the dryer access he needed.

Ivan was courteous and friendly. Was very honest about the repair, showed me everything, and answered my questions unrelated to the repair.

Ivan was great! He explained the problem and repaired the refrigerator in about an hour. He walked me through the trouble shooting of the central A/C unit and found the problem, repaired then "tuned up" the unit! Ivan also made suggestions on how to keep furnace/AC running smoothly!

Excellent experience. He was on time, order the part and was back 2 days later. Very pleasant and helpful.

Ivan was on time, professional, polite and a hard worker. I felt good about him instantly and he got right to work on our cooling problem. I would not hesitate to call Ivan and AA Best for any appliance repair job.

Overall, we had an ok experience. The problem was minor and took about 10 minutes to fix. They tried to charge us $90.00 but my husband was able to talk them down to $69.00 because it was such a quick fix. And now the garbage disposal works but the other electrical outlets in the kitchen do not. Back to the list to find an electrician!

Made appt for in-home service. No one showed up. Phone messages went unanswered.

The service man seemed very knowledgeable and gave good advice on what to look for in a dryer. He made some recommendations including looking for a dryer, that has a lint screen on top of the dryer instead of in the dryer door. There was not a long wait for the service call.

Ivan is great. I've had him come by to do several repairs over the last few years like repair dishwashers in my building & look at a dryer. He's always courteous, efficient, & reasonably priced.

He did a good job, he was very available, I liked it. While he was here, he looked at my refrigerator. He looked at the seal and formed it in a manner so that it worked more efficiently without charge.

Very positive. Arrived early but called to make sure I was home and available. Took the time to show me how to perform service myself and what tool I need to buy. Easy manner and excellent communication.

Ivan Velez was on time, professional, left the job site and drove in heavy traffic to get a part he didn't have on a Friday afternoon to fix the dryer and worked hard to get the job done rather than having to come back another day.

Appointment was set for two days after I called. Repair person came out on a Saturday of the Memorial Day holiday weekend - which was great, since otherwise it would have been the following Tuesday. The problem was low freon. He fixed it fast (within an hour), just in time for weekend temperatures in the 90's! Polite, on time, fair price and fast.

Ivan the owner was very prompt in coming to my house to diagnose and repair the compressor on my refrigerator. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his thorough and straight forward approach to taking care of my problem. In less than 24 hours, he had the problem diagnosed and the part picked up and replaced. It's nice to have a company responsive to the customers needs. Thank you!

Our second time in a week that we had to call for help. Called back right away and showed up on time. Found the problem. Great prices!

AA came to our house within 24 hours of our call. The repairman was on time. He was friendly and quick to diagnose the problem with the dryer. He was informative when explaining the problem. He had the necessary part and was able to repair the dryer. He gave us the Angie's List coupon discount on the repair (but not on the $49 cost of the service call).

AA actually had to come in twice. The first time. they may have been too quick in diagnosing the problem as they had to come by a second time to find the root cause of the issue. However, they only charged me for the first visit and were knowledgeable and skilled with repair efforts.
