AA came out timely and quickly made the repair. When I called him to help fix the stove the next week, he helped me figure out how to fix what was broken over the phone to avoid a service charge.

Super friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. He had difficulty getting the new dishwasher in place because of the oddity of my kitchen floor. Consequently, it took him a lot longer than he expected to install the new one, but he stuck with his original price quoted.

Assessed the situation, quickly adjusted a connection and our problem was fixed. Friendly and prompt. Would call again in the future.

The service was excellent. I called Ivan on a Saturday and he happened to be about 5 minutes away. So he arranged his schedule so he could stop by and look at the dishwasher leak. He repaired the dishwasher that day and came back on Monday to fix the dryer gas leak. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I will definitely use him again if I run into any other appliance issues.

We have a white elephant of a commercial stove in our house (Garmin). It stopped working;pilot light wouldn't stay lit. No one would agree to fix it. AA Best came out, diagnosed problem, and was able to have the right part within a few days (despite being an unusual and no longer made type of oven). Fixed problem. Expensive, but that is consequence of having this oven and not so much from AA.

From start to finish, the company and its representative were professional, clear, succinct and reasonably priced. None of us know anything about appliances (except that they are not working) and we felt that this company was trustworthy and reliable. We will use them again and plan to put them on our preferred providers list.

The only problem was that he had me read the model number of the washer to him over the phone so that he could order the correct part. There was a problem in translation: a 't' was read as a 'b', so he ordered the incorrect timer the first time. As such, he had to make two trips. However, it was still very speedy and got done within two days of the initial phone call. I was also happy that he was able to show up within the promised time, as well as being able to diagnose the problem correctly over the phone without even having to come out for a consultative visit. I would definitely recommend them again.

Great service start to finish. Contractor worked within my time schedule, showed up on time. He needed to replace a part for the ice machine which he had with him. Provided tips to keep the ice machine working including making sure the area be cleaned under the fridge every few months. He even put in a dimmer while we waited for the water to start which was not part of the original job. Ivan was very friendly and professional; would not hesitate to use him again.

Work was done on time and well. One hose unhooked but Ivan came back to do the repair the same day and knocked off the service fee.

I called him when he didn't show, and he said he had no record of my appointment. He squeezed me in at the end of his day. He took one look at the problem and said he couldn't fix it and that I should call the manufacturer and get it covered by my warranty. He seemed to know what he was talking about and didn't want to gouge me by charging me for temporary repairs that wouldn't end up solving the real problem.

Excellent experience. Immediate response to my call. Efficient and thorough service. Also provided me with preventative maintenance tips.

I called in the morning and left a message. Ivan called me back and was able to come that afternoon to look at the dryer. He found and corrected the problem in less than a half hour. He was courteous and business-like. He cleaned up after himself.

Ivan was able to repair our dryer very quickly. It needed a new igniter. We have used AA Best Appliance for other repairs and will do so in the future. We highly recommend Ivan/AA Best Repair.

Ivan arrived within the time frame he had indicated. He inspected the machines as requested, gave an estimate for repair costs and a recommendation that -- especially for the washer -- it probably wasn't worth repairing. He was thoughtful, polite, prompt, and reasonably priced. I recommend him.

Ivan came during the prearranged time. He explained what was malfunctioning and the cost to replace the item on the oven. He had the parts available on his truck and efficiently made repairs. With the stove top several options for service were reviewed as Ivan explore the problems. His expertise and ability to think on his feet were quite evident. We ended up agreeing to a plan and he both cleaned and made some adjustments to the stove top. I have nothing but highest praise for Ivan and his work on these projects.

The serviceman was on time, called to say he was on his way, worked quickly and showed me what was wrong.

Came out same day and returned next day with parts. Fixed dishwasher quickly, and did not change estimate even though work took longer because dishwasher could not be pulled out for repair. Would use again.

AA Best Appliance Repair is the first place I call for appliance repair. Ivan calls back promptly to understand the issue and make an appointment, calls while in transit (so you know when he's coming) and arrives on time. For this service call, he was able to move the time up by 4 hours, which was excellent. He is quick, tells you what he's doing and knows the specifics of the equipment - he never has to poke around looking for release levers and the like. In this case, he had to reset the pilot mechanism, after cleaning both the pilot and the oven burner. This was a unique lever / switch that controlled the reset on the wall-mounted Universal Wall Oven / Broiler.

Very flexible, came the next day and arrived on time. Extremely friendly and professional. Even showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again!

Very good experience. A lot of the appliances were damaged when we moved in. Ivan was great, did the best he could to make sure that our refrigerator would work, it was badly damaged, probably 2nd hand. He took the time to explain to me what probably had happened and gave me some information to maintain the appliances. Very happy.

This was a pleasant experience! Ivan arrived within minutes of the beginning of his estimated time window (he called first to make sure I was home). He pinpointed the problem quickly, explained to me exactly what was wrong, told me the costs involved, and fixed it. When I expressed dismay at the amount of built-up lint and dirt on the inside of the front panel of the dryer, he reached in and pulled out large amounts of lint build-up from the vent(which had nothing to do with the problem I called him for). It's never fun to have to get something repaired but this as good an experience as you can get.

Ivan called me back, shortly after I left him a voice message. He arrived the next day, at the time we agreed on. He happily worked on our appliances. He has a way with them. After he ensured they all worked properly, I was glad to clean them all, inside and out. I now feel better working in the kitchen and doing laundry. Thanks, Ivan.
