Great. They had the parts in their truck so they were able to make repairs in less than an hour. The were knowlegable and offered tips for continued maintenance

Ivan was very friendly and professional. He was able to schedule the repair quickly and then was right on time to complete the repair. He did it quickly and thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with the pricing.

Our refrigerator was struggling to maintain it's programmed temperature so I started looking for an appliance repair company to diagnose the issue. Most of the companies I couldn't come out for 3-5 days and AA Best Appliance Service was able to fit us into their schedule same-day (key as our food was going to spoil!). They gave me a two-hour time window and were on time. Upon arrival they were diagnosing the issue and giving me candid feedback (e.g. if it's a certain issue then it will be cheaper to replace the refrigerator than pay us to repair it) which I appreciated. Within 20 minutes they discovered it was a hardware issue and had the parts on their truck to make the necessary replacements. They also took the time to explain how long it would take to get the cooling temperature back to normal. After their work had been completed, I noticed my new hardwood floors were scratched...which was the result of moving the refrigerator. Shortly thereafter I called AA Best Appliance Service to express my disappointment from the damage that was caused. Following this conversation, they sent me a check to help pay for repairing the hardwood floors. This action was appreciated and I believe to be a representation of their ethical professional culture. Even with am incident as a result of their work, I would recommend AA Best Appliance Service to my friends, family and would use them again.

Our oven conked out two days before Thanksgiving. Ivan and his co-worker came out that same afternoon, took the oven apart, and replaced the thermostat/sensor. Yesterday we all had a perfectly-cooked Thanksgiving turkey! You can't do better than this company.

Great service. They came soon after contacting them, they located what might be the problem and gave advice on the next steps. When we called them back, they came and totally solved the issue but charged us no fee for the 2nd visit, saying their work in guaranteed. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Perfect. He analyzed the problem very quickly, gave me the price to fix, which was very reasonable, and completed the job, all within half an hour.

Ivan came and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Later my dryer was making a funny noise and he came back to look at the problem free of charge. He was timely and quick to respond. Thank you.

Called and made the appointment and was pleased to find out they could come same day, at noon. They showed up a few minutes early. Unfortunately immediately upon entering our kitchen they informed us that they couldn't help us because our refrigerator is a Samsung and "they don't work on Samsungs." When I called to make the appointment no one asked me what type of refrigerator we have, which we obviously would have told them. Now we will not be able to have someone else out today and it's a major inconvenience. If you don't work on certain kinds of appliances, you need to ask what kinds of appliances people have.

AA Best Appliance Service replied to my call on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, saving me a service call. Excellent communication and service.

They are always good. I use them frequently.

They fixed it quickly and explained exactly what the issue was well and how to prevent it from happening again.

Fine - on time and the repair didn't take too long. Ivan had all the tools and supplies he needed. He was able to do the work in one visit.

BEWARE IF YOU DON NOT RETURN THEIR CALLS INSTANTLY! I was away from my landline on September 11 at 4 PM when they called and left a message that my part arrived (a week earlier than they estimated). I did not get the message until 5 PM so I figured I would call on September 12 after a doctor's appointment. To my dismay they left a message at 8:30 AM telling me because they were unable to get ahold of me, they were returning the part and they would not reorder it. When I got back, I heard the message and called immediately. I was told they indeed, returned the part because I did not get back to them quickly enough. I have never heard of a service (sic) organization so quick to blow a customer off because they didn't return a phone call fast enough.

He determined that I had a slow leak out of the back of the fridge - also my ice dispenser was totally broken - frigidaire defect. He also fixed the entire electrical console on my stove. He showed up on time both times and called when he got here so he didn't wake my son who was napping. Great guy, feel he was honest. I will use him in the future.

Ivan and his son were very lovely people to work with both times and Ivan took great care to explain to me in detail and in layman's terms what the issue was with the refrigerator and what he was doing to fix it. They were very professional and scheduled the work quickly both times. I have just hired him again for a washing machine repair and will continue to use him for appliance repairs.

Super promt service! Courteous. Pleasant to work with. Diagnosed the Refrigerator problem (I decided to not do the repair and buy a new one instead). They repaired the clothes dryer and had it working right away.

Replaced garbage disposal, and cleaned out frozen build up in fridge. Installed a little rod that hopefully will prevent future back ups. All done in under 2 hours. Friendly couple of guys. Efficient, full of good advice, good at explaining the issue, and also good with small talk.

It was excellent. They came out and did a coupe of repairs. To do better they could have charged me a lot less. Plus they were supposed to call when they got here an and instead they rang the door . For someone who trains dogs and works out of his house the doorbell is an invitation to mayhem. Eighty percent of the people -- it is the same thing -- you tell them please call and they forget. Other than that -- no -- very good.

Great! They were quick to come to repair (same day a couple hours after I called to set up appointment), friendly, and professional. He replaced the part, cleaned the refrigerator, and was out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

This guy came our looked at our broken flap on our refrigerator. Rather than ordering a replacement part, he insisted on gluing it (something that lasted about 2 weeks). He charged $200 for the service call (later he said the glue was free - does anyone charge for glue?). He is just lazy and incompetent. I had a tenant try to use him for a dryer that does not heat, he said he could not fix it it was too heavy to move. A 2 second google search would have told him he did not need to move it - its a known problem that can easily be fixed from front (defective board). So lazy he could not even do a 2 second google search? He also offered to come out and install a replacement part for the ice maker (at our cost????). $200 for glue?

He was able to fit me in last minute. His charge for the visit is very reasonable. He was able to fix it on the spot and it was really fast. Very personable. I highly recommend Ivan.

It was a massive amount of lint from a blanket that had shredded up. They were quick, on time, and did a great job without having to repair/replace anything. My only complaint was the cost of just removing the back and pulling out the lint that was clogging the vent. I thought that was the problem but was unable to figure out how to get at the inside vent pathway. I needed help and they did a good job, I was just frustrated that I wasn't able to clean it myself. All in all a job well done and a reasonable price.
