Ivan came within 45 minutes of my calling him. The machine was fixed within 45 minutes, and he was playing with my dog as I wrote a check. He had all the required parts in his vehicle!

He was helpful, friendly and honest. Would use them again for sure.

Made an appointment for August 15th between the hours of 2 and 4 pm. They did not show up and when I called to inquire they argued with me on the phone and proceeded to mock me when I politely informed them that I would be making a report on Angie's list.

I was able to get an appointment the next work day. Manny showed up on time, was very personable and immediately detected and corrected the problem. I am very pleased.

They were honest enough to not make the extra buck and let us know that the major part that needed fixed was still under warranty.

It went great! Ivan was super responsive- I called him at 5 pm, he called me at 5:30, was in the neighborhood, and arrived at 6, and the work was done by 6:30. He was really nice to my 2 1/2 year old.

It went very well. This is my new favorite appliance repair company. He was thorough, friendly, prompt, and cleaned up after himself. Dishwasher works perfectly now.

I called him just before noon on a Saturday. He couldn't get someone out till Tuesday of next week. I had a sick dog! And dirty clothing and dog towels were piling up. The machine had been broken for days and I was calling because my landlord did NOTHING! He came over himself 15 minutes later! Fixed the machine in 15 minutes. Charged less than others had quoted for the service call alone! And WHAT a personality. Ivan was his name ... and I'll be calling his number first the next time ANY appliance breaks. Just wish he fixed cars!

Ivan was thorough in his investigation of our dryer. Went over all possible issues and resolved that the vent duct was the problem. Since there was no actual repair done he only charged me for the service call. Will definitely call with future appliance problems.

They are very reliable, very professional. I had had others that I didn't get from Angie's list and it was like night and day. He is courteous. He called to say he might be a little late and is very considerate. He had a reasonable charge. It was a huge improvement over previous repair people. He is the best one I ever had.

Ivan was able to come the same day as I requested at a time I proposed. He diagnosed that the refrigerator needed a freon charge. Following the charge, the refrigerator appeared to be operating and Ivan charged $195. A week later the same problem reoccurred. Ivan again came the same day at a time I proposed. He stayed for quite a while; originally diagnosing a valve leak but then a blockage. Ivan noted the complexity and cost associated with trying to resolve this issue and suggested that it would be more economic to buy a new fridge. Not the best news but his honest opinion. He refunded the entire $195. The whole episode contrasted significantly with my experience with other repair service operators where I feel like I'm being told a story designed to maximize the cost to me. Ivan was easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly which gave great confidence in his competence. The full refund policy is a testament to his professionalism and trustworthiness.

To make a long story short, Ivan showed-up well before our first appointment, became irriated because our household wasn't ready for him. When he did diagnose our oven's problem, he did not honor his his invoice policy he offered initially, then rescheduled to do the job for another day. On Our second appointment, Ivan didn't show at all until I called him irritated. Ivan quickly repsonded "Oh, are you home now? I was on my way and I'll be there in about 45 minutes." I told him our appointment was two hours ago. He said he "got busy, yet he'll be over after he completes the job he's on now." About seven minutes later he comes walking up my steps. I confronted Ivan and told him "he does not have to continually lie to cover-up his lack of business sense." Of course, Ivan got mad and stated: "Maybe you should find someone else to fix your oven. I do not lie." To conclude, Ivan did fix my oven, yet needs to take business relationaship classes and stop lying.

Very well. I called yesterday. Ivan came out this morning. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the belt quickly. He also looked at the dryer to ensure it was working properly and did a small repair on my dishwasher.

They were prompt and efficient and found a simple problem and fixed it.

The dishwasher worked well for a couple weeks, then started to show the same problem. Ivan came back out and found that a filter was also clogged. He cleaned it out and didn't charge us for the return visit, which I appreciated.

IAs usual, Ivan was very professional. He arrived on time, located the problem wit my dryer and fixed it in no time.

AA Best never followed through on promised call to set an appointment; their ads say emergency service available 24/7, but this proved to not be the case.

They were very punctual and attentive.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to schedule someone to come out on the day and time I requested. There was a miscommunication about my address, which made Ivan arrive toward the end of the scheduled two hour window. However, he called twice to let me know when he would be arriving, and apologized for the confusion. Ivan was very friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem right away, had the part with him, and made the repair very quickly.

THEY WERE ON TIME, HONEST, POLITE AND JUST OVER ALL EXCELLENT.

I had no idea how to fix my dishwasher, and he arrived while I was on the phone with a client. The representative from AA took apart the sprayer assembly and showed me that it was dirty and how to clean it in the future. He also wrote a note detailing further required maintenance of which I was not aware. He was in and out in 5 minutes, and was able to communicate well while I was on the phone with the client, so I wouldn't miss out on the important call. This flexibility was much appreciated.

The service person was on time, installed the microwave and repaired the garbage disposal without any problems. I would definitely use them again.

Job 1: No comments. Job 2: Oven in Viking stove would not go on; called AA Appliance, whom came promptly and replaced pilot. The oven now works fine.

He came up the same day I called. Hard to understand but very personable and quite knowledgeable. He will come back to complete the job when the other part comes in. First time out there is a $69.00 service charge.
