AA Best Appliance Service

We have used them several times and we like them. If they say that they will come out at a particular time they make sure they come at that time. They are very prompt and their work is guaranteed. Their estimates are really good though I didn't have much comparison. I have had a good experience with them.

Talk about efficient! Within a few hours of calling for an appointment, Ivan arrived to repair our dishwasher. He asked a few questions about its recent performance, made the necessary repairs, explained what he had done, filled out the paperwork and was gone in less than an hour. I will definitely be using this company again.

Never got to a service, called there and got the most rude response from a female on the other side who was frustrated over my difficulty in explaining the problem with my fridge. As it turned out , they do not service my area which is just as good since I would not use them with this attitude anyway,

My clothes dryer was broken....only blowing cold air . I called at 7:30 in the morning, left a message. Someone called me back immediately and Ivan was out here by 9. It took him about 20 minutes to correct the problem and the price was reasonable. This is the second time I've used them and they're great!

Washing machine was experiencing problems spinning and agitating clothes properly. Ivan took off the front covers and found that the pulley had come off of the axel. He had to remove the motor in order to reattach the part, which he did, and then tested the machine to make sure it was functioning properly. During the service call he allowed me to observe, which I appreciated. He also waited while I obtained a copy of the Angie's List coupon.

Jesus came the first time to look at the burner and confirmed that he would need to order a part, but that it would be in within the week. He returned within the week with the new part, but unfortunately he was not able to repair it because the screws had welded themselves to the cooktop. The stove is 10 years old, and that didn't surprise me. He was very apologetic, and he returned my check for the initial service call, which I appreciated very much.

Great. This is the htird time I've call them for issues in the house, first two times were for Oven and Refridgerator repairs those repairs were done without a hitch, same as this one. Highly recommended!

It was nice to have an honest opinion of the situation. He spent about an hour at our place working on the washer and didn't even charge us because he felt bad that he was delivering bad news (needing a new washer). We will be calling again if needed.

The mechanic fixed the problem. However, he damaged another appliance (though to their credit he offered to replace the damaged part). That being said, they have an Angie's List coupon for 10% off which they refued to honor. Specifically, the coupon says: Appliance Repair - Large 10% Off This Coupon is Good Through 4/30/2010. The service man refused to honor it. He said the coupon was for a repair--not a service call (?). Not sure what the difference is given that during the "service call" he repaired my dishwasher. Certainly the coupon itself makes no distinction. Anyway--the money isnt the issue. The fact is they offer a coupon which they refused to honor. It is fraudulent. It is deceptive. Myself and other Angie's List subscribers shouldnt have to put up with this sort of nonsense.

Our Whirlpool washing machine is about 12 years old but has always worked well. We noticed that the agitator was suddenly not working right and the water had not been draining correctly for a while. We called the company on Monday for a service call and they booked us for Friday. Jesus showed up in the allotted time slot, was very courteous and went straight to work, taking it apart, running a cycle and checking all the parts. Everything seemed to work when he was here so we ran a load of laundry and he re-checked everything. It worked fine. Ultimately he suggested that clothing might have somehow gotten caught under the agitator keeping it from moving; and he suggested we replace the hosiery we were using as a lint filter with an aluminum one from a DIY store (to help speed up drainage). He charged the $69 "diagnostic" fee. Overall, I would've preferred not to have needed him at all since nothing was broken but he gave us peace of mind and with the filter change, it should work as well as it used to.

I have used them twice, the first time was so good I decided to call them again for their other services. They fixed my dryer and then came out to clean my two furnaces. All of the staff is friendly and professional. They take the time to explain what the problems are and even let you know how you can fix things yourself should problems come up in the future. I would definitely reccomend them!

Everything went very well. We were able to get a timely appointment and then we were given the option to move this up when there was a cancellation on another job. The technician was courteous and professional. The repair was done quickly and effectively. I would definitely use this service again.

Ivan quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer, ordered a new motor and installed it within a few days. He also took a look at my dishwasher, which I was ready to replace. He noticed that the arm has been incorrectly installed when I purchased it, and that the outlet where water was supposed to come in was blocked by some rubber. Voila! My dishwasher now works perfectly.

I called this company on Tuesday and they worked me into the schedule that same morning. Jesus was very capable and got the job done and explained what he was doing and why. I didn't have to buy a new refridgerator after all. I will use again.

My freezer had been making various noises and I was beginning to fear it be heading toward a bigger issue. I got a call back the same day when I called and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Jesus came out right on time. He had to try several things until the freezer started making the noises. He immediately checked the connection and found that to be the issue! Way better solution than the new fan motor I was expecting. Very courteous and thorough.

I appreciated the extra effort put forth in determining the precise nature of the problem. Ivan and his assistant - Jesus I believe - were very professional.

It went great, dryer is working as it should.

We were told that the lid sensor on the washing machine had worn out and that it needed to be replaced. The technician had the part needed on hand to install right away. Once installed the technician tested the part by starting a new cycle and waited to make sure the machine finished a cycle. Overall, we were very pleased with the result although we thought this vendor was a bit pricey ($69 for the service call plus additional parts and labor as quoted).

Ivan (and helper) showed up 30 minutes after the company called me--exactly as promised. (I left a message at 8 am on a Saturday morning; they called back 90 minutes later.) He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, told me what the chances were that the repair would work and what to do next. Very quick, very professional, very nice.

AA Best came out the first day to repair the refrigerator. They had to set up a small steamer to defrost the freezer in a very awkward space. It took about 2 hours to fix. Unfortunately, the ice maker was put back in slightly crooked and the freezer froze up again. AA came right back out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it.

He came in that day and fixed it right away. He was pretty reasonable for same day service. I highly recommend them. He also had the valve in his van and so he did not have to run anywhere.

Good experience, Jesus was professional, polite and punctual.

We were able to get an appt within a few days of calling for service and they showed up right on time. Ivan and his partner were very friendly and were able to figure out what was wrong with the washing machine almost immediately and provide and estimate of the cost to repair and then they had it fixed quickly. They were very considerate and cleaned up the minimal mess from the repairs and checked to make sure the washing machine was working properly before they left. I was really pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

The workers at AA were pretty good. They fixed the immediate problem. I liked their reasonable prices. They were not very thorough.

Work was done and everything now fine. I've used AA more than once and will continue based on my experiences.
