Fantastic service. They answered the phone right away and were at my house less than 2 hours later. Manny knew exactly what he was doing, and what's more, he answered all my questions, and explained what needed to be done politely and expertly. Just a great experience.

I texted Ivan at 12pm today and he came at 4pm! Was very professional, checked out the panel and realized that it was not performing correctly. He was able to get it working, but called to get cost of new panel. Working for now ,but will definitely call him if I need to order the new panel. Cost was what I expected. Highly recommend.

Identified problem and fixed it. Gave us info. on which settings to use, amount of soap to use and vinegar rinse once a month. Stayed until could demonstrate that washer was running well. Professional and knowledgeable.

Father & son team, did an excellent job at truly reasonable price. We had 2 appliances (refrigerator and oven) that needed repair. They were able to quickly diagnose both issues and fix them in record time. Also told us to keep an eye on the refrigerator and if we noticed a recurrence of non-uniform cooling, then they would resort to ordering/replacing parts as necessary -- we greatly appreciated that this wasn't their first go-to solution. Would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely call on them for any future needs.

Repair was more expensive than a new machine. No work was done.

They arrived about 90 minutes after I called and had both appliances repaired in about an hour for a very reasonable price. Not to mention I received and additional $20 off for using the angieslist coupon. Fast, friendly, reliable and capable. A winning combination!!

My Frigidaire washing machine stopped working. I called Ivan at AA in the morning and he scheduled a service repair person in the afternoon. They arrived exactly on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within in hour. The service call and parts price was competitive with other appliance repair services. I could have probably ordered the parts from Amazon and did the repair for a lower price, but I want to patronize local small businesses in my community.

Perfectly, as always. Ivan (and now also his son) has been repairing my appliances for years, and he's the only service person I call. Even when I've had an old appliance repaired enough times that I decide it's time to replace it, he will give me tons of great information and advice about models that would be good ones to buy.

When I called, I was asked where we were located and then told they don't work in downtown Chicago. Might be helpful if that was indicated on their profile.

Went smoothly. Gave us a two hour window for when he would arrive, and he did so. Immediately diagnosed the problem (faulty gas igniter) Had the part in his truck, so was in and out in about a half an hour (replaced it and tested it). From a bit of research about average cost of service and parts in my area, this was within the expected range. Friendly! Recommended.

Terrific. Ivan is a pleasure to work with. He is often very busy and sometimes you might not want to wait for him but I would encourage you to do so because he really is the best out there. If you want to keep an appliance running instead of getting a new appliance, then you should definitely use Ivan and AA Best Appliance!

I had a small leak coming from my washer. It was frustrating since no one could find the source of the leak. I found AA Best Appliance Service on Angie's list. So I gave them a chance. Ivan quickly found the problem. It was a small hole in the rubber ring that surrounds the door. (see photo of hole) He didn't have the part with him and had to order it. He had it within a few days and came back and completed the repair. I would definitely use him again.

Very well, Ivan thoroughly explained what the problem was and showed me how to prevent it. Everything works quite well now.

The gentleman was prompt, courteous, fast and reasonable.

They very quickly diagnosed that the ignition was not working on the oven. Once I agreed to the work, they fixed it very quickly. They were punctual, professional and easy to work with. They were here for less than 45 minutes.

I've used this company before and think they are punctual, honest in their diagnosis of work to be done, and I have always been satisfied with the work done. The only issue I would bring up is to suggest that you ask for Ivan, not Manny. Ivan was always polite and professional. When Manny was here he was rude and dismissive to me on the phone when I was trying to tell him how to best find parking here. He was rude to the doorman who did me (and him) a favor and let him use the building's parking. He started criticizing and laughing at my apartment while he was still in the doorway and never stopped. He apparently thinks he is clever and witty; he is not. He also does not notice that he's the only one laughing. If I had not been in a time crunch I would have asked him to leave. His work was honest and I still like the company, but I will ask who is available before I book again. If this disqualifies me as a customer, so be it.

Great, staff was on time and had proper tools to clean washer blades. They explained how the clogging occurred and offered tips how the problem could be resolved in the future. We are very satisfied and will use AA again whenever we need appliance repair.

Ivan promptly returned my call and scheduled my appointment within two days. Ivan and his son, Christian, arrived at my home on time and fully prepared to diagnose and fix the problem with my dryer (the sensor/thermostat needed to be replaced). My dryer is now working like new. Both Ivan and Christian are professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, fair, and friendly. I highly recommend AA Best Appliance Service and would not hesitate to call them again!!

I called him Monday am and he picked up immediately and fit me into the day. He and his partner were professional and fixed my dishwasher within an hour. They really know what they are doing and are very pleasant to work with. I would absolutely call them again for my dishwasher or anything else that needed repair.

Ivan just saved us again. Our dishwasher was leaking water out the bottom and side. I could find any reason for it so we called Ivan, who has helped us out with numerous other large appliance issues. He came the same day and, as usual, evaluated and solved the problem (sticky floater due to crud build-up) and gave us tips to prevent future problems. Ivan is always easy to reach, professional, responsive, and expert at what he does. And his prices are so reasonable I hesitate to use the Angieslist coupon or senior discount.
