I called on a Tuesday and the woman I spoke with was very professional & friendly. We set up an appt for the following day. The guys were friendly, professional & punctual. They repaired it for us within about 40 minutes and gave us some tips on how to prevent it in the future. We would happily use them again. $69 service & diagnostic fee $120 flat rate repair ($108 with 10% Angie's list coupon)

They were responsive and professional from the first phone call. Good guys, they knew what they were doing and were very efficient with their time and mine.

As stated before Ivan is very professional and explains everything in advance to appropriate level. He explained my refrigerator was not working due to a fan motor which needed to be replaced. After consulting with me he was able to replace the fan motor and defrost the necessary component to get refrigerator back to working properly. He also stated with my particular refrigerator it does ice up and if it starts happening again he could install an additional heater to keep the unit from icing up. I appreciated the fact that Ivan was very direct with what was needed, didn't do any upcharging, and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

I had Ivan and his son here today to work on my dishwasher and two washing machines. The dishwasher door had a broken spring. Ivan and his son were efficient and quick in replacing it. They also fixed the "Adam's Family creak" the door had always had..........it's very quiet now! One washer had been leaking. Of course it wouldn't leak while they were here. However, Ivan explained some causes of the occasional leak, which I appreciated and will be trying. Then they balanced the other washer so it would not "dance across the floor." They were both very easy to talk to and professional at the same time. I will definitely use them again and refer them to any friends/family. Thank you, both!

I called late on Monday. The woman who answered said they could get someone to me on Wednesday and offered a Saturday appointment if that would be better for me. She explained the charges and told me they take cash or checks only. She gave me a 3 to 5 window, but Ian arrived promptly at 3. After he confirmed the ignition needed to be replaced, he got the part within five minutes from his truck. Total time perhaps a half hour. Working oven again!

It went well. We decided not to make they repairs they recommended as it wouldn't be cost effective. It would be better to replace the machines.

We have a side-by-side Kenmore refrigeartor/freezer that we purchased around 2004. I noticed on a recent Sunday afternoon/evening that our ice maker was not working and that items in our freezer were thawing. I had used Ivan/AA Best Appliance on a couple previous occasions (always a positive experience), and left a message around 7:30 am the following morning (Monday). I received a call back from his office within the hour, saying that Ivan should be able to stop by by midday. In reality, he arrived by 10:00 am, removed all food from our freezer (outside temps were a better freezer than our malfunctioning unit), quickly diagnosed the problem, and had a replacement condenser in his vehicle. He was done within the hour, making the entire process a minimal headache and saving the food that would have otherwise gone bad. Ivan was accommodating, professional, and extremely responsive, as he always has been.

We use AA Best Appliance for any repairs they will fix. We have two old dryers and other older appliances they have rescued from being replaced. I called for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and scheduled me for the next day. They arrived right on time with a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way. They knew exactly what the problem was. Gave me some tips on how to prevent it from reoccurring and were quickly done. The two gentlemen were very friendly, polite and professional. We will call them again, without hesitation. Just call them if you want professional service at a fair price.

This is the second time I've used the company and they were excellent again this time. He arrived on time and took care of the problems efficiently. The washer is fairly new and he determined it didn't need any repairs, just less detergent per wash.

I had an issue of indeterminate origin with my refrigerator and contacted Ivan based on Angie's List reviews. He showed up as promised and diagnosed the issue as a blown computer. He defrosted the refrigerator in order to keep it active until the part could be obtained the next day. He was very thorough in explaining the problem, and the next day showed up with the part during the promised window. After replacing the computer for the estimate cost, he at no charge, balanced the door, which was causing a small air leak. I was very impressed that he went beyond the original estimate to fix the door problem, and didn't charge for it, because he felt that he should stick to that estimate. I found him very professional, provided information on the problem and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

It was not leaking when they showed up so it was a "No trouble found". They were professional. Their customer service is high.

Our washing machine stopped spinning at the end of the cycle. We called and made an appointment with AA Best. They worked with us to arrange a time when we could be here to let the repairman in. Ivan came in the scheduled time slot and replaced the belt quickly and professionally. We were happy with the service, but the flat rate repair charge of $69, which is just for showing up and does not include any time or parts at the location, seems too much. (The total charge for the repair was $158).

Everything went very well. Ivan is a very nice, professional, friendly man. This is the third or fourth time we have used him (about six months ago for our dryer, a couple years ago for our washing machine, and I think he also fixed our freezer a while back). He got the job done quickly and explained everything he was doing. I can't recommend him more. His prices might be a little high (though I have nothing to compare to, so I could be wrong), but he is definitely worth every penny. I know when he repairs something for me he is doing it right and that it needs to be done.

Ivan was on time for the service call, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, returned 2 days later to complete the repair. He was quick, thorough, and professional.

I called early Monday morning, and a representative came out Tuesday afternoon right in the window that I was given. I felt that they were very courteous and professional - both the scheduler on the phone and the tech that visited my house. Even though they couldn't do the repair, I would use them again in the future.

Called this company based on number of current reviews on the list and ratings. I wasn't in a hurry to schedule something so we waited till after the holiday and found a time that worked for me. Ivan and his assistant arrived within 20 min of my service window start time and quickly discovered that my oven ignitor was no longer working. They replaced the part and the oven worked again. I did feel the price I paid was a wee bit high considering it was pretty obvious what the problem was and the length of time they were at my place. Even so, I'm still very pleased with the service overall and would call them again for future appliance problems.

Service fee was $69 and labor was $20. Unfortunately, my printer isn't working so I couldn't print out Angie's List coupon to get 10% off; the coupon is required to get discount so make sure you print it out.

He was honest and friendly. We were thrilled to know that he fixes all household appliances. We will be using him more often, with our apartment building.

I've used Ivan in the past, and keep coming back to him because of his professional, no-nonsense, timely, effective appliance repairs. This was the dryer at my rental property and, when he was done, everything was working like new (and that dryer is 14 years old!). Don't hesitate to call him...he's fantastic!

Called to find out if they would be able to fix dishwasher. They don't service Bosch dishwashers, but the woman who answered the phone was helpful and gave me suggestions about how to find someone who could help.

They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. They were very fast in responding. They seemed very honest about the issue and also about the rates. I didn?t feel like they were trying to turn it into a bigger job than what it was. They were extremely professional when they were at our place. They came on time as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
