Description of Work: I thought I was going to have to use them for bedbugs but used a dog instead but Sam was very helpful on the phone, gave me excellent suggestions, helpful and reassuring. Fortunately, I had no bed bugs. However, i would call these people if I did and because I have tenants that travel a lot, there is always a chance I will need them

Description of Work: I had carpet beetles. I gave them samples, which they identified. Kevin talked with me and explained several things I had questions about over the phone. They were efficient and quick and the problem appeared to resolve with the first spray but a follow-up call is included in the price, which I just scheduled, to make sure.
