Very poor experience. Did not perform services requested. Did not contact us about follow-up appointment, when we messaged they claimed they stopped by-- without an appointment. Would definitely not use again nor trust.

They were very creative, innovative, on time, and efficient. They are big on problem solving and courteous.

I have been using them for 3 years now and this is by far the best pest control company I have used. They really look for rats which is the primary goal as well as mice. They have been finding them in places that no one else would be able to find. They are responsible and show up on time and are very courteous.

A-Alert was fabulous from start to finish! Highly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. Having bedbugs can make you crazy; however, Kevin, Sam, Armando, and everyone at A-Alert were always willing to answer questions and reassure us that we WOULD get rid of the bugs. They asked a lot of questions up front to understand our particular situation and formulate the best approach. They then had a very thorough prep list, explained what would happen at every step of the way, and were very careful with our furniture, etc. during treatment.

The experience of having bed bugs was awful, the company first had us move everything in the house and clean all the clothes, bag them up. Then they came in and treated the whole house, inspected everything. They came second time and repeated the procedure. We have not seen a bed bug since, although I think we only had them in our bedroom. We now leave our suitcases in the garage after returning from staying in a hotel.

It went great. He was friendly, but I am still seeing some ants but I was told he would come back out next week to check the status. He was professional & punctual and I would use him again in the future.

It went good so far. Havent seen any bed bugs since they have left so far. They did a very good job.

Overall the service was a little pricey and the service person did not go outside to look for areas of entry as he stated he would. However, he did do a thorough job inside the house. I would use them again if needed.

The initial visit and follow-up visit both went smoothly. The technician was able to quickly and helpfully identify problem areas and provide advice for keeping mice out of the house.

I didn't see the mouse again so I thought it might have gone before I filled up the hole with the "Great Stuff". But on the 40th day (after the warranty expired) I saw it again. It didn't get caught in the trap they set until almost three months later. That sure was a smart mouse. RIP mouse.

There are no don'ts. Just get the place cleared out so they can get to work. They will tell you exactly what to do to prep for them

The exterminator came back to check on our traps and she was very thorough. She took her time to look every possible entry point for rodents and gave very helpful suggestions.

Arrived on time and performed in a timely manner.

My experience with A Alert was definitely a bright spot in an otherwise horrifying experience. From the first time I placed my call until the last treatment, every one that I spoke with at A Alert was friendly and willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Armando did a great job treating my condo and help put me at ease while doing so. He seemed genuinely concerned and wasn't just doing a job". He was also considerate of my cat's safety making sure toys and food was picked up prior to spraying. Overall, great job. Though I hope to never need their services again, if I have pest problems in the future, they will be the first ones I call.

Great experience with A-Alert, even though having BED BEDS might overall been the worst experience we have ever had, they made the process of getting rid of them pretty painless. Armando the tech, top notch guy, answered all my wife question which actually calmed her down, she was freaked out!, he also was very thorough in exterminating the apartment. After first treatment no signs of bugs, great!! Had them spray two more time over the next 4 weeks just to make sure they were gone. Overall great work, they really no there stuff when come to BB. Would use again in a heartbeat!

We have been using them for several years and they are very good.

We chose them because they could provide a quote for all five units where I live instead of charging us all individually.

In two separate inspections, April 11th and April 19th, the dogs were clearly primed with a dog biscuit before "found" bugs.During the second inspection, (on 4-19)we had pre-requested they show us proof of bugs, ie., bugs, eggs, signs of infestation. The dog handler again primed the dog before it found "bugs". Another employee inspected the bed, and lifted the bed box spring, was going to cut the netting, with my wife's permission, then didn't. He claimed he left his flash light in the car, My wife provided one, and still he didn't show us any trace of said bugs. The company still insisted our apt. was infected, we continued to disagree.The company had called us following the first inspection. It was pure harrassment, with the company rep raising his voice, not discussing, but arguing with my wife, until I got on the phone to let him know we disagreed with their findings,that we must hang up, which we did.After these two canine inspections, we hired another company which is bonded and licensed. They did not use canines,but their two men did a thorough search behind bed, night stands, under bed, mattress, pillow cases, sheets and with my permission tore off netting under box spring. High powered flash lights were used and I witnessed their entire search. Nothing was left to chance, they examined the entire bed room,bed, furniture, particularly the areas and one peice of furniture which Singer's dog pointed to.They saw nothing, neigher did I. They even sent me a letter stating that they could find no evidence of a live infestation or evidence of past infestations. I was thoroughly satisfied with that company. I was totally disatisfied with Singer Sanitation's canine service. Dogs, just like human beings are not infallible. I think the most reprehensible thing about Singer Sanitation/A Alert Extermnating is that they refused to show us any indication of bugs. Had they done so, we would never had to submit to additional expense of "extermination" ,upon which our condo board insisted.

The technician that came out was extremely friendly. He was knowledge and prompt. Within 30 days they will come out and do a re-treatment. The problem never really went away. I don't feel that they were very responsive about coming back to remedy the situation. The price was a little high. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from this company. They seem to know their industry very well which means they provide top notch service to their customers. They are thorough and spend the time answering questions and providing information. The inspector was professional, very diligent, and knowledgable. I couldn't have asked for more. I am so glad to have found them and wouldn't want anyone else dealing with this bed bug problem except them. I would recommend getting a price quote from the beginning.

I found them through Angie's List. They made billing very easy, which is nice. The tenants call the company directly, and then they bill me, which is nice. I have no complaints from my tenants.

It went GREAT -- read the top. These guys are the best serviceman I have dealt with. They weren't looking to make a deal or for us to spend money we didn't need to............................they did what they do best........................help customers get rid of the problem and if we can do it without them......................................that is fine to! Way to go! Calll them first!!

A Alert was great at getting rid of the rats. They had to take out a section of pipe to make sure that the rats couldn't get into our home. We haven't had any problem since.

Of the options available, I preferred to use the heat treatment over killing the bed bugs using chemicals, and this company was not able to take care of the issue, but the person I spoke to was extremely knowledgable and honest and was able to recommend a great company who was able to resolve the problem using heat.

When I called I was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. The price quoted on the phone was the amount ultimately invoiced. The technition arrived right at the promised time, assessed the situation and promptly began working. She provided information (i.e. how long it would take for the spray to take effect), and suggestions on how to prevent a return of the problem. She was very professional (but also very funny and personable). Definitely met all my expectations and I would recommend this company. I hope I don't have to, but I need an exterminator again I would this this firm.
