The job was not performed. He was a no-show. I was very disappointed as he seemed very nice and professional.

Patrick was very responsive to my texts relates to product information and quotes. He is very knowledgeable about the trade and he is great with customers. His service was prompt and the installation went smoothly. After the installation, I referred another friend to Patrick on water heater replacement.

Patrick cleaned the sediment from the faucet & showed me how to do it.

There was more to be done, so there was an additional charge. I thought that they were okay. The problem that I have is that this is a very old house, and so a lot of these younger plumbers are not experienced enough to deal with an older house. It was fine. He just kind of didn't know quite what to do. I won't use them in the future because of their lack of experience in an older home.

Great He identified the issues with both of the tub faucets and offered viable solutions. He was completely professional yet down to earth.

Patrick was professional, courteous, and efficient. All work was done well and all is working great. I would, and will, definitely hire Patrick again for future work. My only constructive feedback is to make sure customers know that the excavation is going to result in heavy dust. I would have taken 20-30 minutes to tarp all of my furniture. It was a mess to clean up afterwards.

Both the work and the workers were excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and cleaned up after the project. Being a school, they were able to give us a great price as well as a 7 year warranty if it should leak again, which is outstanding. I would definitely do business with them again.

It took two trips to get everything to get all the parts but every thing work great

Patrick is amazing. I am in the process of doing a shower remodel and needed to have old galvanized piping replaced with updated copper piping and a new shower valve installed. I called around and even had other plumbers come to inspect the job, but many of those other companies quoted me 3-4Xs more money than what Patrick quoted me over the phone. Additionally, he was quick, efficient, and extremely personable. He also stuck to the price he initially quoted me; which was a major deal since I am on a strict budget. I am one of the biggest skeptics and harshest critics, but I have nothing but great things to say. I have found my go-to plumber.

AWESOME !!!! Patrick was A1 was FANTASTIC. Very good at what he does and explains everything. I called him on Thursday and he came out on Saturday. Took him about an hour to fix the 18ft pipe. Cleaned up after the job. I also asked him to look at the sink in the downstairs bathroom. He fixed that was well. He will be my plumber guy from now on....

He and his assistant did an excellent job. It is so nice to have a working kitchen drain again! Thank you, Patrick! You are the best!

Even when this guy was very polite an professional talking. he not even try to unclog the shower and just make and excuse. Not even and estimate for braking a wall or take a look of the real problem

Plug connection was loose and plug needed debris cleaned off it.
