It went very well. Patrick explained everything he was doing and what my options were. I never felt he was trying to generate unnecessary work. He also understood the urgency and came out on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend to handle the follow up. I would strongly recommend him and he'll be the first one I call if I need plumbing services in the future.

Patrick was slightly late due to another job and he needed to wait for the pump that another driver had. However, once it got here he thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated that. He worked quickly and professionally but didn't really do much in the way of cleanup. I will definitely use him again.

We had a recurring plumbing problem in our house. We have called multiple plumbers. Their only goal it appeared was to grab our money, do a sloppy job and then run. When we called Patrick, he not only took his time to patiently investigate our problem for a nominal fee, he also discovered a problem that no-one else had discovered before. He suggested a solution that was very reasonable. Patrick is courteous, honest and his rates are reasonable. He also went above and beyond his responsibilities and helped us clean up. I will hire no other plumber except Patrick.

Everything was extremely excellent the men had a great sense of humor and cleaned up after themselves . Service was so great I gave them a tip.

I'll start by saying: I HIGHLY recommend A-1 Patrick's!!! If I could give a higher grade than A, I would. It is quite difficult to impress me, but Patrick has done so on several occasions. The first time we engaged Patrick's company's services was during the bitterly cold spell at the beginning of 2018. Our pipes had frozen, and we were losing faucets one by one. We called on 02.Jan requesting service; Patrick was completely engaged elsewhere, but promised to call and come by the following day. HE DID. Called in a timely manner, came by, wasted no time and was EXTREMELY professional. Regarding professionalism, I was and remain MOST impressed. Patrick and his assistant arrived and after hearing our description of what the problems were, immediately ascertained where the origin of our troubles was. And he was 100% correct. He did have to cut through our drywall to reach the frozen pipes, but did so in a manner that was a minimally invasive as possible. Extremely important to me is understanding what is being done and why. Patrick is an EXPERT in his field, and was able to explain everything he did and provide a justification for it, even before I asked. The prices he charged were incredibly fair and competitive. Since this first time, we have engaged his services again, and each time he never fails to impress. Each time, the quality of his work is impeccable. A-1 Patrick's Sewer & Pipe Services should be the first (and only) company you call. A+! Professional!!! ...and just really nice, too!

Patrick is a such a professional and truly nice guy. He allayed my concerns about the leak affecting my carpet and made sure that I understood everything he was doing; he showed me exactly how to avoid frozen pipes and leaks into the house in the future. I enjoyed talking to him - he's very personable and he really knows his stuff. I've been giving his name out to my neighbors and will definitely call him for my future plumbing needs!

Ok Angies list.. This service provider has earned his "A". I gave A-1 Patrick's a 2nd chance after trying another company that ended up being even worse.... I suppper happy we let them come back out. They were very helpful and professional. They made my plumbing experience worth the money. Sometimes it worth giving people a 2nd chance, you may not know what's happened that day unless you listen. Thank again A-1 Patrick's. This family will be calling them for ALL Plumbing (piping) and sewer services. Happy New Year!

We called Patrick to fix a sewer smell in our basement. After digging out a section of the floor, he found a pipe installed by the previous owner that had never been correctly attached to the sewer main. He and his crew worked on a Friday and Saturday to fix the issue. They jackhammered out the floor, dug up the old pipe and replaced it. Patrick was very attentive and showed me all the steps he was taking, carefully explaining everything that needed to be done. Cleaned up afterward and finished the job without issue. Highly recommended.

They were everything you would want in a service provider — responsive, accessible, prompt, professional and courteous. They also finished ahead of schedule. As for price, we thought it was very high but did no price shopping because it was an emergency.

I called Patrick Thursday to let him know we needed a plumber. I told him ideally I would like someone to come tomorrow morning. He found a way to move the schedule around and accommodated. He and the guy with him trace the water lake and check the water pressure from all the toilets and sinks in all three units of our building. He only charged us his $85 trip charge.

Look no where else!!! It was better then expected. Patrick and his crew we very punctual both with arrival time and with the time it took to preform the necessary work. Very professional and knowledgeable on how to perform the job, and very helpful on how he was able to save me money.. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to all my friends and family..

Company scheduled an appointment with me for Thursday October 12, 2017 at 9AM. I caller to confirm appointment that morning, got no response. A voicemail was left. No call back so I sent a text message. The response I got back was "yes we can do later changed my inspection time". I asked what time they were coming out. No response. They did not come out. I waited around expecting a call. If they could not or did not want to do the job I should have been notified so that I could have called someone else. Poor customer service. I felt they had no regard for my time.

Went smooth & fast. Less than a day and a half. They were puncutal, professional, communicated well & got right to work.

They came in the same day and did an excellent job! After installed, it was tested to customer's satisfaction.

They were excellent and being used again. They are doing work now.

It went very well. Patrick came the day before for an estimate and came the next day. Turned out the pipe leading from the kitchen drain to the main sewer was leaking. He provided before and after pictures of work and explained it all in detail.

More importantly than what I contracted for, the owner explained the type of waste water system I had and problems with it. I highly recommend this company as they know their business.

Patrick worked with my sister Marie. He replaced the p-trap in the tub, but there still was a leak. He came back and fixed the leak at the faucet and cleaned up. He was a true professional and stood by his work. We're pleased and recommend him.

Went well. Replaced PVC piping and also gave me tips on keep drain clean (monthly maintenance) without the usage of chemicals.

It is great! I have yet to flood the system works really well!

Excellent, if I need more plumbing done in the future I'll call again.
