It went perfect. The owner was excellent. I was impressed with the information about the plumbing issue I was having. It was a very good experience and I would recommend him to anybody. He's one of a kind. He's very honest, professional and respectful.

These guys were amazing! I worked directly with the owner, Patrick and I could not say enough good things about him and his team. I called A-1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services to fix an issue with my tenant's kitchen drain running slow. Patrick was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave me a quote on fixing it. They came out to the property within 15 mins after we hung up. Within an hour, I received a call from Patrick telling me that the reason the drain was running slow was because the previous plumber routed the pipe incorrectly which was causing the water to back up into the drain. He said he was able to reroute the pipe and unclog the drain, so that everything was running smoothly again. He charged me the original amount he had quoted, even though he did a lot more work than he initially thought it would take. Before I called Patrick, I had another plumber come out to diagnose the issue. That other plumber said that he could not unclog the drain because there was something solid in the way and that my sewer line would need to replaced, which they wanted to charge $5600!! Luckily, I called Patrick and he was honest and knowledgeable about my issue. He will be my go-to plumber for any problems I run into in the future. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

I was pleasantly surprised by Patrick's professionalism and timely response. Moreover, he provided a simple explanation for the problem and offered several alternatives.

Patrick, the owner made the service call to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was alone, babysitting for my two grandchildren and very worried. I explained my problem, he told me what to look for (a water shut off valve) and asked if I could turn the water off. I told him I would try. I was frantic because with the babies, then not finding any shut off valve, water coming up from the floor, and clearing way for what I thought would be a wall tear down - Patrick and his "manager" (?) arrived. (Mind you, my family also came to help, but did not locate the shut off valve). The water pipe happened to run under my bedroom floor! Needless to say, WITHIN MINUTES the rushing water stopped. I still have water for daily household use as the problem was a broken pipe to the exterior spigot. Patrick was soaked, yet took the time to explain to me why exactly this had happened. He encouraged me to wait until the Spring when the weather is warmer to make any changes and repairs. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and quite a gentleman, (despite being waterlogged) and I felt that he gave me all options for this future repair.

Toilet was not flushing, so I replaced the unit with one that was slightly taller. Work went smoothly and the plumbers cleaned up afterwards.

I purchased their 49.00 dollar plumbing service call. They quickly responded to my request. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. They quickly assessed the problem with our outdoor faucet, suggested shortening the height from the roof to lessen the stress on the pipe, and turned the faucet to better facilitate its current use. I would highly recommend them.

Owner Patrick knows his stuff. Even in the older building I had him working with, he diagnosed the issue and stuck with it until complete. Found this business through Angie's List - they will now be my 'go-to' business for plumbing from here on out.

It when well. The provider returned my call within an hour or so of my call the same day. He arranged to come up the next day to fix my toilet. He give me a 2 hour window between 4-6 PM. When I didn't hear from him by 5:30 PM. I called him. He apologized and reported that he was finishing with another customer and would be about 15 minutes late. He was actually about 30 minutes late and he apologized again. He had an assistant (apprentice) with him. Both the owner and his assistant were very pleasant, courteous. They completed the job in about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad that I had the "special deal" to cover part of the cost. Replacing toilet innards can be costly.

We made an appointment for the morning of the 30th. When Patrick arrived he called me. I showed him the old pipe stubbed out of the wall and how it had split last winter due to the cold. We discussed relocating and replumbing the new sillcock. It took approximately one hour to complete the work and the work was done satisfactorily.

They did an incredible job on working around vintage cabinatry pulling out main drain line and replacing it. Patrick had a great attitude. He was informative and took total control of the precarious situation of my plumbing.
