Description of Work: Bought and installed blinds in bedroom. Consultant contacted me before our appointment time to confirm. He was right on time .....measured .....showed me samples and wrote up the order.....I did not pick the 3 day but regular delivery. It took a little longer than expected for the blinds to be delivered .....but the installer called me to set up a time - again prompt and efficient BUT the valance was not shipped with the blinds. Received many apologies and within a week and a half my valance was installed. As I found the consultant and the installer very courteous, efficient and prompt. Only fault was with the warehouse not shipping on time and then forgetting the valance. I would use again. Quality of product was good and the people I had to work with were pleasant.

Description of Work: Room darkening window shades installed in two bedrooms. Previous service in 2003 was fine. But in 2008 shades were not installed correctly and repeated service calls proved useless. Very hard to get anyone to come out and there have been repeated problems.

Description of Work: A representative came out and helped me pick out the right type of window covering for our baby's room. The rep was very knowledgeable and took my budget and style into consideration. The blackout honeycomb shades were installed 2 weeks later within 15 minutes. The installer gave me directions on how to use, etc.
