From the rep who came out to measure to the person installing they were great. I have never had such an easy experience doing window treatments. Everyone was pleasant, polite, easy to do business with and they did an outstanding job installing. We had a one thing to fix and they were timely in follow-up as well as prompt in coming back. I would highly recommend them whether you have 1 window or 20 to cover.

Awful! The roller shades they installed frayed and ripped on the edge the first night I used them. I called and complained. The installer came back and said it was not an installation issue and said they have had alot of issues with the roller shades in the past and they should never have sold me them. The sales person came back and said it was a product issue and said I should select another window covering. He steered me to one type, only to tell me I'd have to pay $400 more for the product in addition to what I paid. I'm reasonable but that was ridiculous. I placed over 10 phone calls to the customer service department never to get one call returned. Finally, I had to cancel my credit card charge. I would definitely not recommend this company as the customer service is awful. No one returns your phone call. I made way more attempts to solve than the average consumer.

Scheduled appointment for 10am they confirmed the night before for the WRONG time. I called to make sure they would arrive at the time I scheduled. They didn't show up.

It went very well. We have used Eddie Z's for window treatments several times, usually taking advantage of their advertised sales, such as free installation, etc. They stand by their products very well, if a blind cord becomes stuck, etc. Once, when I brought blinds in for professional cleaning, they didn't have them finished when promised, so they waived all the charges and delivered them to my home when they were done.

Very well. We didn't have any idea what to do. Rhonda was excellent in making suggestions. She was very good at matching colors and designs. She has very good taste but also conforms to your taste, as a decorator should. In the end, we didn't go with this company because they were a bit out of our price range. We regretted that because Rhonda really guided us through the whole process. If you need a lot of guidance, definitely try this company.

When I went to the store Jill was very helpful and explained all options for the two windows that were in the vaulted area. Brian came out the next day to measure - he was late, but called twice to let me know his progress. The store received the measurements the next day and I ordered them. Brian came out to install them within four days. He, and a helper, were in an out within an hour. They were very quick and thoroughly cleaned up after. They even took the empty boxes, packing materials, and my old shade with them. I priced the shade at other places and one, I think it was other companies, wanted about $900 for just the one 110'' window without installation. Everyone was very good about calling me back very quickly. I was very pleasantly surprised at the service I received and would definitely go back to them. The first time I went to 3 Day Blinds I talked to someone who wasn't nearly as helpful as Jill so your experience may depend on who you talk to.

It is a frustratingly slow process that still is not complete. A young woman came to my husband's workplace where the shades were to be installed and gave us estimate and we chose shade type. Two weeks later I think a man came to measure who said he would not install the shades until we had paid the other half of the total- before he even installed them! Then one of the shades that was installed didn't fit and three of them didn't go up and down properly and we had to call to check up on them. The original visit was in August and it is now mid October and it is not complete and yet they have our money. They came to bring the missing shade but the man who came did not have the proper tools to fix the shades that don't go up and down properly.

Krys were on time, very polite and extremely knowledgeable/helpful about appropriate treatments for each of the 5 rooms. After placing the order I doubted one of my selections. Krys returned; again they were incredibly gracious and accommodating even though we ended up with the same selection. He also had had second thoughts about the hardware initially chosen for two of the rooms. He explained to me why a different choice would be better which ended up being $341 less. I highly recommend Krys Zadlo as a window treatment consultant!

CORIN WAS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEGABLE.

My overall experience was excellent. All involved were prompt and did their jobs well. The vericals themselves are great.

THE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE MEASURING WAS VERY GOOD, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS LACKING. THE DRAPES WERE ORDERED IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER AND NOW IT IS THE END OF JANUARY AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THEM. IF I DON'T GET MY DRAPES SOON I'M GOING TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK.

WE ARE STILL TRYING TO DECIDE WHO TO HIRE FOR THE JOB. I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PRICING POLICY; ANOTHER COMPANY HAD ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME PRICE. ALSO, I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE PRESSURE TO BUY/PAY AT THE INITIAL CONSULTATION. HOWEVER, ROBERTA IS OBVIOUSLY VERY DETAILED. SHE MEASURED FOR EACH SECTION OF THE LARGE WALL OF WINDOWS, EACH IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. SHE ALSO CONSIDERED IF WE'D WANT THE HANDLES ON THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE TREATMENT. IF WE DECIDE TO BUY, I'LL AMEND MY REPORT.

THE SHADES WERE AND ARE FINE. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT ONLY UNRESPONSIVE, BUT, IN MY OPINION, DISHONEST ON AT LEAST TWO OCCASIONS. ULTIMATELY, THE SALES MANAGER REMEDIED THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

WE USED AN OFFICE ON THE SOUTHSIDE (95TH AND WESTERN) THAT IS NOW CLOSED, AND LIKED THEIR SERVICE. THEY HELPED WITH OUR SELECTIONS AND WERE PROFESSIONAL IN GETTING THE WORK DONE QUICKLY AND CLEANLY. PRICES A LITTLE HIGH, BUT HIGH QUALITY.

THE CONSULTANT WAS GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. ONCE WE CHOSE AND PAID FOR THE TREATMENTS, IT WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. I HAD TO ARRANGE TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK FOUR TIMES TO GET IT INSTALLED. THE FIRST TIME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT. SECOND TIME, THEY DID NOT NOTICE THAT THEY PUT THE WRONG TREATMENT IN THE WRONG WINDOW UNTIL I PULLED OUT A MEASURING TAPE AND POINTED IT OUT TO THEM. THEN THEY HAD A ''DEFECTIVE'' ONE WHICH HAD TO BE SENT BACK. MORE THAN A WEEK WENT BY AND I LEFT TWO PHONE CALLS ASKING FOR AN UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF THE REMAINING WINDOW TREATMENT. I GOT NO RETURN CALLS UNTIL I FINALLY CALLED AND GOT SOMEONE IN PERSON. THE INSTALLER DID NOT SHOW UP THE DAY IT WAS FINALLY SCHEDULED. WHEN HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE, WE ASKED WHY HE DIDN'T SHOW UP OR CALL US. FIRST HE SAID HE HAD CAR TROUBLE, THEN SAID HE DID NOT HAVE THE ADDRESS. FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE WAS EVER IMPOLITE, JUST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL. IT WAS A

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID ALL THE ESTIMATES AND MEASURING ON SITE. THE BLINDS ARE EXPENSIVE AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED, OVER A WEEK LATE. I CAN NOT COMMENT ON INSTALLATION AS OURS HAVE NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED. THEY RUN SPECIALS WHICH WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH. THE $1600 COVERS 4 SUNROOFS AND 4 BEDROOM WINDOWS AND A POLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE BLINDS. SO FAR THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GOOD. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR BLINDS TO ARRIVE SO THEY CAN GET INSTALLED AND IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS SINCE WE PLACED THE ORDER. I WOULD NOT EXPECT NEXT DAY INSTALLATION, THEY NEED TO BE SHIPPED IN FROM CALIFORNIA AND YOU NEED TO PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES, THE COST OF THE BLINDS, A SERVICE CHARGE TO PLACE THE ORDER AND A SERVICE CHARGE FOR MEASUREMENTS AND INSTALLATION. PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE POLES FOR THE SUNROOF BLINDS. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE INCLUDED.

THE INSTALLER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. WORK WAS WELL DONE AND TIMELY.

THEY INSTALLED THE BLINDS VERY QUICKLY AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT, WENT OVER ALL OF MY OPTIONS WITH ME, AND IT WAS GREAT. IT ONLY TOOK TEN MINUTES FOR THE GUY TO INSTALL THEM.
