The work turned out fine. I have not had any problems. They were fast, efficient, and explained the project well.

That went really well.They were very courteous and did a good job. I like the way they explained things and the work they did. I think they're a little pricy and I also got a window quote for them a week later and again, they're very thorough, explained things very well, have a good product but I haven't decided to get the windows yet because, again, I think it's kind of a fatty price. They've higher price than most of the competitors for the same product.

Job went well. Both doors were changed out in 8 hours as promised. Installer kept area clean during and after work was complete. Salesman and installer was very familure with their product and option available

We liked the company from the time the salesman (who is also an experienced installer) Camelot our home and we discussed our needs. We told him what we wanted now and in the future and the pricing made a complete package available now. The garage door came in ahead of the other materials and they promptly set an appointment for installation. The entire thing was done in about 3-4 hours. When the other doors and materials arrived, they dispatched the manpower needed to get all entry ways installed simultaneously. Beginning to end about 4 hours. The technicians are all friendly, professional and customer focused. They cleaned up all debris and carried it away. The only thing we had left to do was enjoy the beauty of the work done. The original salesman, Matt Maravilla has since become a trusted family friend. He is a great representative for Preferred Window. Their products are high quality, installed leaving no detail overlooked. However, should there be something you are unhappy with, you will not have to look for them. Matt has followed up with us a minimum of 5 times just to assure all is well and we are happy with the product and install results. I wish I had something negative to say. But, I don't. Preferred Window and Door has my customer loyalty, and it was earned. It's no wonder they have an A+ rating from the BBB.

Salesman Scott came to house to give us an estimate. Was professional, knowledgeable, and I liked being able to see door samples. They delivered the door and installation within the time period that was estimated. We are very happy with the results.

The work was performed on time. My salesman was named Todd Swartz. He was also my salesman the last time I had a window replaced in August, 2012. I am not sure if he is their only salesman, but he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I don't know if he is their only salesman, but if you decide to use Preferred Door and Window, I would suggest asking that he be the one to come out to your home to give you an estimate. I like the fact I have a nice long warranty, and the windows look great. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

They are excellent. They have excellent products; above average products. If you want an economy product, they don’t have it. They do excellent installation. They stand by their products. I recommend highly.

I had no complaints. We’ve never had windows put in but we had no complaints and we’re very happy. They did a good job. They were fair in price. I referred them to our neighbor’s son and they put in his windows as well; they did a good job. The windows helped with the gas and electric bill.

I have used them 3 times. Customer service from the sales person was excellent. The installers were extremely good and seasoned. They made suggestions for some additional work that I am going to have done. They were priced competitively. They completed the work when they said they were going to do it. They were very intuitive and it wasn't a hard sell. They were very suggestive in terms of answering my needs and concerns. They weren't pushy at all. The sales person asked a lot of questions on what we were looking for. He was very good. I had dealt with him before. The installer was perfect. He was very good at what he did. It was a 2 person job. I plan to use them in the summer.

Our garage door was in dire need of replacing, Preferred Window and doors had done a repair job for us earlier in the week and recommended replacing the whole door. We went ahead and had them come back to replace the door, which they did within 24 hours of the call. They were very professional and amazingly quiet. They did a great job and we will most definitely call them again for our window needs.

Came to fix the garage door, but within 24 hours it broke again and came back out and charged me again for the service. I didn't think it was right since it was within 24hours, but they fixed it again and it only lasted four more months and broke again.

They stood by their work, they came out and repaired the malfunctioning part without any problem and they didn't even charge me anything. I would definitely recommend them.
