Description of Work: I called a rival company, American Pest Control, about a really bad vole problem in my yard; I didn't hear from them; I called TLC (because I wanted at least 2 estimates), and they called back in 2 hours; I liked what I heard; they were using the best practices I found online, and they came over the next day. The TLC guy was nice and professional and did the job quickly; I also asked him to scope the house for mice and he did so and took care of that. It was A level service all around. They are now my pest control service. American Pest finally called me 2 days later, but, obviously, that ship had sailed.
