Tom came over to my house on a sub-zero January day at the last minute to help me with a rodent problem. He went all over the house and looked in every possible area. He was very informative and professional and came prepared. He was easy to get ahold of, laid out pricing clearly, and showed up right on time. He provided excellent service.

I appreciated that I was not sold more than I needed. Although I found ants in several areas of my home, I was assured that I had no signs of them actually living in my home. After one spray, we have had no more problems.

With the wet spring, we had a significant ant infestation in our house. We called TLC to come out and spray for ants on both floors of our house. The ants were persistent, but TLC told us they would come out again if the ants reappeared within a week. They did, and TLC did. They sprayed again for no charge. Since then, the ants have been under control. We'd definitely use them again!

Voles were really chewing up my lawn. I called, and they came right out. He did an application for voles, which really shut them down. (A follow up visit--which I expected--ended the problem.) He also got down and checked my crawl space and my attic areas; I had heard some activity in my attic, and they laid out some bait, and that problem was taken care of as well. Quick, clean, professional. Worth the money. I'm calling for them to come out before fall really sets in to lay out some preventative mice baits.

I have been using this company for about ten years and we have never had issues with this company. They stop out bi-annually. They are very clean and we like them. They are also friendly, prompt, and personable.

I use them through the year. I don't have a contract with them. I was referred to them by a friend. They do a great job.
