Description of Work: Nick gets a straight A for his work -he was excellent in every way. He is a great professional, hard-working and caring. I had a serious problems with Jason's work with the camera and the estimate for repairs. He gave us a bid for almost $9800 for replacing sewer tiles. We contacted another company for a second opinion and they ran the cutter - there was nothing in the line to clear out - all roots were gone. They ran the camera and I saw the tiles were clean and clear - no roots breaking the tiles and "causing major compromises," as Jason's bid had said. No repair work was needed! Was it a mistake on Jason's part or was it deception? If sewer cleaning is needed, I would highly recommend Nick. If a repair is needed, I would not recommend Roto-Rooter.

Description of Work: Our Sump pump would not shut off. We called on a Saturday. A Service rep (Josh) arrived promptly. We needed a new sump pump which is what I expected. I asked to have our sump pump resealed (it was opened several years ago to have a standby pump instaleed by another plumber and they did not reseal it, ergo I did not want to call them again. Josh said it would be no problem. he could not get a new sump pump until Monday which was fine. We made arrangements to have him come at 0900 on Monday. At approximately 1030 there was no Josh. My wife called and was told he rang our door bell at 0930. Neither did my wife or 2 dogs herd a door bell. Josh did show up around 1100. When I got home I examined his work. He had to disconnect some copper and PVC tomodify the sump cover to close off the PIT. On brief exam everything looked great, but when I examined further, I found the lid was not bolted down to the pit and the rubber gasket was not applied. He also did not clean up his mess. There were solder s and PVC shavings left on my basement floor.
