Description of Work: They came out to troubleshoot our old furnace. When they basically said the furnace was shot (it was very old) a salesman gave an estimate of 11,000 dollars on an 80 percent efficient furnace and 13 sear A/C unit. Needless to say we did not utilize their services or products. We went with Air King out of Decatur Il. They sold us a 95 percent efficient furnace and a 15 sear A/C unit for 4100 dollars, a 6000 dollar difference!! Less money for a better product.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Excellent work. Price might have been high but, then again, I have not replaced a water heater for quite some time. I did not buy the cheapest either. No problem with their service. They are professional and actually appear to have trained their service folks in sales :)

Description of Work: I choose to go with a plan. Get an a c and furnace inspection included. Have had no problems and all questions were always answered. They do a good job with calling and letting you know it's time for your check up. and the call ahead on the day of your appt. Have had to do reschedule before and they are great with that.

Description of Work: Asked them to find AC leak. Did not find it. Put in dye and wanted to return for high $ visit. They are money hungry, setting up each service call to maximize profits. Had Allied Plumbing & Heating come out - they found leak in 2 minutes. Problem was a loose cap on AC compressor.

Description of Work: Charged $79.95 just to come out. Said we needed a new water heater and gave us two outrageous estimates --- $1700 for a tank water heater and $6000 for a tankless water heater. We called another plumber. He fixed the problem and said we didn't a new water heater.
