Description of Work: I have only had Lanz Heating & Cooling in for an estimate on installing split systems (ductless air conditioning). They were one of 4 estimates I received. They were puntual & professional during the initial visit. Their price estimate was very competitive. I liked their suggestions on unit sizes, locations, etc. The rep has maintained contact with me without being overly aggressive. The rep appeared knowledgeable about ductless systems, and the company appeared to have a fair number of manufacturers & styles to choose from. I have not made my final choice on the vendor, but Lanz is definitely at/near the top of my list of contractors for this job. Their bid on this job was in the $11k-$12k range, while the range of bids I received from all contractors was from $10k - $20k.
