Description of Work: I had a six by six foot hole in my roof just below an old chimney. They removed the back half of my roof, replaced several two by sixes and the plywood and then reinstalled new roofing material all in one day! The crew was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Thank you so much!

Description of Work: Made some repairs to the roof.They did not show up on the day of the appointment but showed up on a different day when I wasn't there.

Description of Work: The only issue we had was that the address and time were not confirmed before they showed up. someone called and said they were on their way and we waited and waited. they ended up performing the service at the wrong address and were heading to another job when I called to find out where they were. that could easily corrected by calling ahead of time (more notice than one hour!) And confirming time, scope of service needed and correct address. other than that, the service was performed effiently and professionally.

Description of Work: The promised service was gutter cleaning with roof inspection. The gutter cleaning was done, although the crew arrived in an unmarked truck, were somewhat unkempt looking in their appearance, and their equipment included torn leaf bags. All in all, they did not look or act very professional; however, they did clean the gutters. If they performed a roof inspection, I never heard anything about it. Overall, I was not impressed with this company.

Description of Work: Contract was for roof inspection, minor repairs, gutters inspected and cleaned. |I knew that I needed some repair. After discussion with owner, I opted for additional, larger job (he would have done the minor repair within the Angie's list price). Within the same week, the more extensive job was performed. Written 5year guarantee on his work. I am completely satisfied.

Description of Work: once Dan got here after a few miscommunications, Dan took some pictures of my roof and showed me one vent that needed to be replaced, I knew caulking was needed and I told him to go ahead and replace and an extremely affordable price, He also gave me a bid on a new roof. My roof is 20 years old with "some" hail damage. Heres the kicker..... he said "do you need a new roof tomorrow? no, but it will need to be done in the next 3 - 5 years" Kudos Dan, You have an awesome company!!! we will be calling you for that roof!

Description of Work: I mainly wanted flashing around chimney repaired and any loose shingles nailed. Vendor left a note saying the pitch of our roof was too steep and he couldn't walk on it (other roofers from Angie's List have). Instead he only walked on the garage section of the house and left a bid for $525 to replace some singles. Do all I ended up purchasing was $99 to get a bid for more work (had a roofer last year who completed roof restore who never mentioned anything about shingles needing replacing. I complained by email and they offered to replace the Big Deal purchase, but said that I had to initiate it.
