Everything was great. They did the drywall, covered, and painted it. They also put some sheeting. The sink was leaking, they installed a new one in and it works just fine.

Work was done exactly as bid. Crew was quick and very professional. They did not harm any landscaping during any portion of the job and made a diligent effort to clean up. We would hire them again.

Nobody ever came and knocked on my door. One day I came home to a manila envelope with a roof inspection document saying I could do such and such for another 1,000. Did they clean my gutters? No clue, I have a 2 story house and couldn't tell since they never made contact with me. Pretty shady if you ask me. I obviously didn't contact them for further work.

It was fine. It was done in a timely manner. They were very nice to deal with. I don’t dislike anything about the service they provided. Everything was fine. Cleaning out gutters is not much to do.

It went well. They were pretty efficient and had reached out to me and completed the job timely. I don't remember the specific time frame. I think they did a bunch of homes in the area so it worked out really well for me.

We bought the $99 Whole House Gutter and Roof Inspection offered on Angies List on 31 Dec 2014. I understand the weather at this time of the year is not conducive to gutter cleaning and we were informed they would be out when the weather was warmer. They called to notify us they would be out at our house, but there was some difficulties finding us and we all agreed to have them out some time on 6 or 7 April. When they arrived today, my wife received no notification they were here except the sound of footsteps on the roof of our home: the team made no effort to inform her they were here and were starting. I happed to arrive home from work just as they were ready to leave and spoke to one of the workers. He informed me they removed the debris from our gutters. I asked about the downspouts and he informed me the cleared some debris from the entrance of the downspouts and they should be fine. He then informs me that the rubber boots around the stacks of my home are cracked and worn and need to be replaced......... I inform him I had a new roof put on three years ago, a which point his story takes a slight turn and the roof is fine and the boots should last four or five more years hut the still need replacing. He informs me that he is going to speak to his partner about the bill; which is code for grab the ladder and leave. Again, not a word was said, they just disappeared as quickly and quietly as they appeared. Yes, upon inspection the gutters were cleared of debris. No, the downspouts are not cleared; they are as plugged-up as ever which is why I purchased the service in the first place. I later learn after speaking to a representative that downspouts have to be specified. This is news to me, I have paid for gutter cleaning in the past and downspouts were always included. So, up I go on the roof to flush out the downspout (the one thing I did NOT want to do) and in less than a minute with my garden hose the downspout is clear. While up on the roof I inspect my stack-boots....and what do I find, that they are as good as the day they were installed three years ago!!! WHAT A CON!!! I can't believe (maybe I should) that this guy is going to look me in the face and straight-out lie to me in order to scam me out of new stack-boots and who knows what else!! Adding insult to the injury of having to climb on the roof and clear my own downspouts. I cannot express enough my total dissatisfaction with my experience. Overall, I would like to give them an F, but the gutters were cleared. I can say with total confidence: I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

D&S Scurry was simply wonderful! I was in a jam to quickly get the issues assessed and repaired since I was selling my home and placed on a tight response time by the potential buyers. D&S quickly responded, evaluated the issue, provided a quote, and repaired the damage. I believe the whole process took less than five days (this includes my initial contact to them). They were able to match the siding perfectly and their response was lightening fast. They are a smaller local company, which I love being able to support, with outstanding customer service. If you want someone who can respond quickly and do a fantastic job at a reasonable price for siding, gutter, or roofing repairs, this is the team you want to work with. They are simply outstanding!

They never came back with the estimate. For future service I think they should come back with the estimate. I would tell a friend that they are ok. I thought they would have gotten to us but I will call them. They got out here right away to clean the gutters.

Took a week to schedule an appointment with Chyrl with no confirmation of a set date. Wasted a week of exchanging e-mails with Chryl trying to set up a time for services to be preformed with end result of Chyrl making claims that they already serviced my house. Took another week to request details/proof of services, specifically pictures of roof and services that they claimed were performed. Here we go again...another Angie's List BIG DEAL that I had to have refunded due to non-performance by the contractor. I bought this one in October if my memory serves me correctly. I reached out to them immediately to try to get the work done before the Christmas lights went yet. They were unresponsive. Next, they made promises they didn't keep. Finally, almost 2 months later, they told me that they couldn't perform the work because the Christmas lights were on the house. Hello?!? Thanks for nothing!

Went fine, after a bit longer wait than I anticipated. This was an Angie's List "deal", so the price was set, and the provider was notified via Angie's List's messaging service as soon as I confirmed the order...and then there was some back 'n' forth with the office staff (who were very nice, and responsive to my inquiries) when the initial appointed day estimate didn't happen (not an emergency, so not a huge deal). Anyway, when the crew showed up, they were very friendly, but I have to say (and take this with a grain of salt, due to my being a project manager for industrial construction projects, and maybe having higher standards than most residential customers) they weren't quite as "professional" and safe as I'd have liked. I was fairly worried that someone was going to fall off a ladder, to be honest, with no tie-offs at the top or the bottom of the ladder positions, even when the ext. ladder was stretched to close to max extension, and I did hear quite a bit of banging around when moving the ladder around. Having said all of that, they had all of the gutters cleaned within about an hour, and no safety incidents or damage to anything around the yard or as far as I know to the gutters, and none of the gutter crap was lying around anywhere that I could see - so all good!

Bought a gutter cleaning from them. Took them 4 weeks to call to schedule the service. Then, they never showed up. Still have not received a return phone call (3 attempts) and service has not been provided. Buyer BEWARE!

I am not sure what's going on but first they show up at my rental property (at least I'm assuming they were there since they came when no one was home) unannounced. Secondly I get a phone call from a Dan while they are there "working" trying to sell me a new roof for the back area of my house. When I told him I wasn't interested because I would most likely be selling the house "as is" within the next few months, he was done talking. I asked him if they performed all of the work that was included with the Angie's list deal and he said Yes. I said the deal included certain things and he said no it only included gutter cleaning and a roof estimate if it needed repairing/replacing. Then about 2 weeks ago the same company showed up at my personal residence while I was outside installing christmas lights. I asked them what they were there for and I was told that they were there to clean the gutters??? I reminded them that no the gutters needed to be cleaned at my rental property. They said they only go where they are told to go. Talk about horrible communication skills. I told them that I bought the Angie's list deal for my rental property and they said "oh". I then asked for my paperwork from the work that was supposedly performed at my rental property. He said he would tell "them". I have emailed the company numerous times and get different responses. I don't think anyone knows what's going on at that company. I keep asking for documentation or proof that the work was actually performed at my rental but as of today's date 12/30/14 I have yet to receive any sort of proof. Priced additional, approved additional cost and they said they would be out in next few days! They never came. After I requested a call back, they called be back and requoted, then realized they had already spoke with me once. I complained because it had been several weeks and work had still not been done. She made an excuse that he was behind due to holidays and weather. I understand that things come up, but follow up communication would be nice. Another 2 weeks have gone by and still no work or communication has been done!

It took almost a month to get service scheduled, and ultimately they couldn't perform the requested service. After waiting for more than two weeks to receive a response regarding availability, we waited for four hours one weekend day for them to show up when they said they would. They never did. They said they didn't show up because they went to the wrong address, but they never called to confirm the address or ask what the proper address was. They then said they'd show up two days later. That didn't happen either, and they didn't bother to call to say they didn't make it. When they finally made it to our house to perform the requested service, they indicated they didn't have the proper equipment. They were very apologetic at the end, and generally seem like nice people, but we wasted several hours throughout this process trying to get the service performed that'd we'd paid for. Not sure if this was because they were overloaded after offering discounted services on Angie's List, but the company has serious organizational issues and I wouldn't use them again.

Company failed to follow-up to schedule work. Last contact was 2 weeks ago & we were told "Dan" does the scheduling. No word since.

Ordered gutter cleanout on Big Deal's package 11/12/14. Provider responded immediately with a couple questions. I responded same day. After 6 days (11/18), had not heard from company, sent email & got a response the same day that 'Dan' schedules the work. No additional information from company in 2 weeks.

Bought a gutter cleaning package on Angie's list from this company. Tried 3 times to schedule. First they told me they had done the work, but the gutters were still full. Then when I called again, they actually yelled at me. The details. After purchasing the package, was contacted by email to leave my phone number and was told someone would call me back to schedule. They never did. I called the company 5 days later to schedule and was told the person responsible for the scheduling was out of the office and they would call me back. They never did. I called again 2 days later and was yelled at about ice and snow delaying them. There is no ice or snow on my roof. There are so many more and better companies that provide this service. Very good company, just couldn't do service requested, because of error on our part.

Inspected the roof. Took pictures of any problems and then sealed any small spots that needed it. Swept off the roof. Gave me an opinion about how much longer we had before we needed a new roof and even provided an on-the-spot estimate (at my request) for a re-roof.
