Description of Work: Custom Roofing is the company that does all of the roofing work for the community that our house is located in. All of the houses were built by the same company (D R Horton). Our house was built about 3 or 4 years ago and a lot of the shingles were curled at the edge for some reason. None of the other roofs in our community had this problem. I called Custom and they promptly volunteered to have one of their roofers inspect the roof. They never questioned the age of the building or used any other excuses to avoid repairs. I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to resolve this problem. Custom inspected the roof and determined that the cause was nail pops and offered to fix said nail pops at no cost even though the house was technically beyond the builders warranty. Custom Roofing sent their crew out to repair the nail pops on the first day that was warm enough to do such work.
