Eddie was our technician and he was OUTSTANDING. He had to come back twice after the initial visit, to get the right parts but he always let me know the plan, didn't ask for payment until the end and cleaned up any mess left by the repair. Easily one of the most pleasant repair experiences I have ever had; I would call him back in a heartbeat.

West Suburban Appliance was great. I called Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday to take a look at our Clothes Dryer. It had a ridiculous loud noise. When they came out on Tuesday they diagnosed the issue and didn't have the part in the truck but they said they could return that evening and finish up the job if we wanted to move forward. We said yes and Eric returned that evening to get me back to doing laundry. They were timely, professional, and went above and beyond.

The issue was resolved as soon as the parts were available and he was on his way and we were back to drying our clothes.

I’m not sure what they did, but they got it working and didn’t have to use the ordered part. I only had to pay the service fee. Happy camper.

Left several messages, but didn't return my call on a timely basis. Was told the price was comparable in the market, and looking at the tool on Angie's List the price was very high. Here less than an hour, and 10-15 was letting water run. I will check around next time for better pricing.

Eddie was fast to respond, schedule an appointment, and extremely professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part we needed on his truck, and got us back up and running in a short amount of time.

The repairman explained the issue, which mainly involved hiring a plumber. He did a check of the system and did not overcharge us. We would use this service again.

Eddie is quick to respond and very accomdating to get the project done. He stopped over and right away knew what need to get replaced. Was even having issues with a toliet and told me how to fix it real quick ...Part was ordered and when it came in he replaced it as promised

Very professional. Did not try to up-sell or make things too complicated. Identified problems, sent immediate quotation and delivered as expected. Determined a few other problems that we both agreed were not worth repairing cost; he showed me how to work around the problems so they would not create future problems. Very satisfied.

Phenomenal!! Eddie was very professional and thorough. He asked for the serial number, etc so he had the parts with him and didn't have to wait for anything. He made sure that I saw that the dishwasher was working properly before he left. Would call again in a heart beat!!!

Eddie responded right away, ordered the part, and installed it as soon as it arrived. He did a great job.

My experience was excellent. I spoke with Eddie on the phone and I described the problem we were having with the refrigerator not staying cold but that the freezer side was fine. He told me then what the problem could be and came out the next morning and confirmed that it was the Defroster Heater Assembly. He didn't have the part on the truck but could get it from the warehouse and would return between 5 and 7 p.m. to fix. He came back as promised and had the refrigerator fixed by 7 p.m. He was very professional, pleasant and cleaned up when he was finished with the job. I will use this company in the future for anymore repairs to my appliances.

Fantastic. I called West Suburban on Sunday and of course got their voicemail. 9:00 Monday morning, I was out, but Eddie left a voicemail. As soon as I returned home, I called Eddie back and we made an appointment for that same day between 11 and 1. He called back a little later and said he had a cancellation and could be over in 15 minutes. He discovered the problem right away, a frozen motor, He gave me an estimate to repair of $465 minus $50 as an Angie's List customer. Since my washer is 6 years old, he told me I would probably be better off buying a new one for not much more that that, which I did. He then explained a problem I was having with my freezer was actually no problem at all. The only charge was a $79 service call which I gladly paid. Eddie was great and I will definitely call him back if we have any other appliance problems.

Another repair company said it was not repairable -- too old (10 yrs) and that Kitchenaid is not good dishwasher. Called this company. Eddie had it up and running within two visits. Good as new. Eddie was on time, respectful, and highly professional.

What a nice man. He switched a part and then found out my part was ok.he could have not said anything and charge me but he did not. I appreciate the honesty. I will refer him to everyone. Thank you so much

Dryer just needed a couple of parts. Work completed within an hour. Eddie was very professional.

Eddie came out and assessed the situation very quickly. He found a pinhole leak in the water supply tubing. He promptly corrected the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend and hire again. We were also able to use a coupon from Angie's List.
