Description of Work: What an honest and professional company! Our 2 year old LG refrigerator and freezer was not working. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Since they were not affiliated with LG they recommended we save money and time and have one of the LG installers do the job. It saved us $300 and likely several days of going without a refrigerator. Such an ethical company. We will use this company again and again!!

Description of Work: Although the ice dispenser on my Samsung refrigerator could not be repaired because the part is no longer made Eddie spent more than two hours diagnosing and trying to repair it over two days. Finally after a long video chat with the Samsung rep it was determined that this particular part was not available and could not be repaired. Eddie did not charge us for his time. Would not hesitate calling him again.

Description of Work: My clothes dryer would not heat. When the tech arrived, he began disassembling the dryer from the front, cleaned EVERYTHING with a ShopVac, quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair and reassembled the dryer. Advised that the dryer vent should be cleaned, and that his company did not perform that service, but did provide the number of a company that could clean the dryer vent. Also advised a method to try myself using a leaf blower to clean the vent. I will call them again, if need be.

Description of Work: I used this service for a dishwasher repair. I called and Eddie came out the next day! The appointment was professional and I appreciated Eddie's honesty about the work needed for my Kenmore machine that is just over 2 years old. He offered helpful tips on my options and I did not feel that he was trying to sell me anything! I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: Eddie was very professional. He had the part that was needed in his truck and was able to make the repair right away. My original service was in August, and I recently thought the problem was happening again. I called on a Saturday morning and Eddie was able to check it out the same day. Turned out it was a false alarm and Eddie explained what I had experienced was the cycle of the refrigerator.

+ -1 moreIt was an excellent experience. My Maytag refrigerator was not cold enough to keep my ice cream from melting. I contacted West Suburban Appliance Repair by email on Sunday. I received a telephone call on Monday and the repairman, Eddie, was at my home on Tuesday. He was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, wrote out a detailed explanation, along with the cost of the repair. He told us that he had to order the part and he would return on Saturday to complete the repair. Eddie telephoned us on Friday afternoon to confirm the Saturday appointment. On Saturday, he arrived promptly and got right to work. Less than 90 minutes later, my refrigerator was fixed. I highly recommend this company.
