+ -1 moreI HAD GOTTEN A $20.00 CERTIFICATE IN THE MAIL SO I CALLED THE COMPANY TO CHECK ON THE OVERALL COST. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE AND ASSISTED ME WITH WHAT SORT OF CHECKS AND BALANCES THE SERVICE MAN WOULD BE DOING. WHEN HE ARRIVED WHICH WAS ON TIME, HE PLACED SHOE COVERS ON AS TO NOT MESS MY CARPET. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE TOLD ME ABOUT HOW LONG HE THOUGHT MY BOILER WOULD BE IN WORKING CONDITION SINCE IT IS SO OLD. HE TOLD ME WHAT SORT OF THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR IN BETWEEN MAINTENANCE VISITS.
Description of Work: BOILER TUNE UP THEY CHECKED THE THERMOCOUPLE SENSOR, THE BURNER, IGNITER, HEAT EXCHANGE, FLU PIPE, PILOT ASSEMBLY, OIL PUMP ELECTRONIC IGNITION, GAS VALVE HEATING CYCLE AND DID A VIDEO INSPECTION OF THE HEAT EXCHANGE.

+ -1 moreI AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK, BUT SHAMROCK. RECENTLY, I RENEWED MY THREE-YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR THE SECOND TIME. HAVING IT IS A GOOD WAY TO BE CONSIDERED A "PRIORITY CUSTOMER", AND GET DISCOUNTS ON SERVICE. THE CONTRACT WILL EVEN TRANSFER TO MY NEXT HOME IF I MOVE.
Description of Work: SHAMROCK RECENTLY CLEANED AND TUNED MY FURNACE FOR WINTER. THEY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED THE SYSTEMS AND DUCT CLEANING WAS EVEN INCLUDED. I HAVE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT EVER SINCE. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND THEY ALWAYS ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I LIKE THEIR POSTCARDS THAT TELL ME WHEN IT'S TIME TO CALL FOR CLEANING AND TUNING APPOINTMENTS. THEY ALSO MAKE REMINDER CALLS THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT.

+ -1 moreGOOD WORK, NICE COURTEOUS PEOPLE. I MARKED C IN RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE IT TOOK THREE CALLS AND TWO DAYS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TECHNICIAN WHEN I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE WORK PERFORMED. ALSO, THE TECHNICIAN CHANGED THE HUMIDIFIER SETUP TO CONNECT IT TO THE FAN INSTEAD OF THE FURNACE, WITHOUT MENTIONING THAT THIS WOULD CAUSE IT TO TURN ON WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER IS USED TOO, WHICH IS NOT GOOD.
