Description of Work: My 3 car wide driveway had settled about 2" where it meets the sidewalk, creating a potential tripping hazard and a pain when using the snowblower. | |I contacted Raise-Rite to take a look at it and give me quote. The quote included raising that section of the driveway and caulking the joint between the driveway and the sidewalk. | |Nice job, the driveway looks like the day it was poured 16 years ago. | |

 + -1 moreDarrell Clay provided estimate the day after requested. Procedure was explained thoroughly. Work was scheduled for the next week, and completed on the day promised in a timely manner. I was disappointed, however, in the lack of attention to clean-up (a pile of debris was left in the yard). During a follow-up call, it was explained that the truck did not have the room to carry debris, however, crews typically throw it in a garbage bin if one is available (our garbage bin was adjacent to and visible from the worksite). The company rep, who was extremely courteous, came to the home the day of the phone call to take care of the problem.
Description of Work: Service sidewalks bordering home were lifted.

Description of Work: Darrell Clay responded immediately to my request for an estimate on my garage floor. I was concerned about some cracks which began appearing. After he examined the floor, Darrell recommended that this was normal and that repair would be costly for something that was not needed.

 + -1 moreThey cracked a sidewalk and then showed me how they were not responsible for the crack based on their contract. He refused to repair the crack. So, we refused to pay him for job. He came out to the house very frequently to try to get us to pay him. If he would have fixed the crack, we would have paid him. He is a very nice man, but he has simply refused to do what we feel he should have done. Because of this simple issue, we would not recommend him to anybody.
