Hang & Shine Inc. is the premier choice for all your custom blinds, shades, and shutters manufactured by Hunter Douglas Window Fashions in Chicago, IL and its surrounding suburbs. We offer an assortment of blind-related services including blinds sales of many different kinds of blinds, blind cleaning using our ultrasonic cleaning method, drapery cleaning, and blind repairs and installation. Count on Hang & Shine Inc. for all blinds-related needs. All of our technicians are highly trained, knowledgeable, and professional. We offer cleaning for any size job whether it be residential or commercial. We can clean your blinds on-site using our mobile blind cleaning truck, pick up and deliver your blinds, or you can simply drop them off at our Carol Stream, IL, location. Description of Work: They measured, ordered and installed shutters in the dining room, and pleated shades in the kitchen and breakfast area. They were so nice, so very prompt and didn't try to up sell us on anything. Could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: We needed to order some blinds and window shades. Jon was great to work with. He came to the house with suggestions to suite our needs. Measured all the windows, gave us a quote and we went with the order. He advised it would be a couple weeks for the order to come in & would phone when they were in. He called two weeks later advising the order was in & made an appt to install them. Everything was put in today. Quick, efficient and no mess left behind. I highly recommend their service. It's so rare these days when you don't have to follow up on things!! He did exactly what he said he would do!! A++

THEY WERE LATE IN ARRIVING, BUT THEY DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE SHADES LOOK GREAT! THEY WERE ABLE TO GET OUT STAINS I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER COME OUT. IT TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM START TO FINISH. I'D USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY PICKED THE BLINDS UP ON TIME, AND WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS GOING TO RETURN THE BLINDS THAT EVENING, BUT CALLED AND SAID, "TWO OF THE BLINDS DID NOT COME OUT CLEAN TO HIS SATISFACTION, COULD HE KEEP THEM OVERNIGHT, AND REDO THEM AT NO COST." JON AND MIKE FRANZONE WERE FABULOUS. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, CONFIRMED OUR APPOINTMENT, ARRIVED PRECISELY ON TIME, CAREFULLY REMOVED THE BLINDS, AND CLEANED THEM BEYOND WHAT I THOUGHT POSSIBLE. I HAD FORGOTTEN TO MENTION THAT I WAS AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER UNTIL THE DAY OF SERVICE, BUT THEY GLADLY OFFERED ME A 10% DISCOUNT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR SERVICE!

TOOK ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS. THE ESTIMATE DID NOT INCLUDE THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR OPAQUE, SO THAT WAS A SURPRISE. THE SERVICE CALL FEE WAS QUOTED AS $25 ON THE PHONE, AND LISTED AS $50 ON THE BILL.
