The salesman gave me a quote and that was it.

At first, I had an 8 a.m. appt. and an 11 a.m. appt. Which was fine because I just called yesterday and can't expect everything to be done at the same time. Well, to my surprise Carrie was able to have both repairmen come at the same time so it wouldn't interrupt the rest of my day. the plumbing was repaired and the A/C was cleaned and checked. All is well in my world!

Had a great experience with A.W.E. The service technician was excellent. He explained all the items being checked and the overall condition of my a.c. unit.

The AWE plumbers did a wonderful job replacing the broken connection, re-routing the pipes and repairing everything. They also installed new faucets in the basement. I'm very pleased with their capable professional work.

Carmen the installer was professional., knowledgable, personal and helpful. They guy knew his stuff. He worked quickly and diligently . The job he did was extraordinary . There were a couple administrative mistakes ( scheduling, advance notice, less than complete information ) this time . We have used AWE for more than 10 years. They are the best in our mind--plumbing, electrician and HVAC . Always done well and they have always stand behind their product. THis time, for some reason , the office /scheduling did not meet my ( normal ) expection of highly responsible, efficient and complete communication. THe services rendered ( in the field ) were , once again --superb. Highly recommend.

What I liked about A.W.E. was their responsiveness and how the sales rep gave what I felt was a very fair price and considerably lower than another quote I had been given for the same product. Installation happened a week later and went very smoothly. As soon as the hot weather arrives, we'll be ready!

Great. I talked with them while they were at costco. They gave us an estimate, got a great discount through costco and a free digital thermostat pad for the wall. Great unit and the installers were very professional, cordial and did the job quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who's interested in having a new furnace and/or AC put in.

I am not happy with them at all. In either case, they went ahead and provided me with a credit and that credit expired. It just was not a very good experience with them. They were charging me just an outrageous amount of money for him to come out and tell me my circuit breaker was done. I think I went ahead and never utilized that service call because it expired and I definitely would not use them again. There was a charge for the call that I think they reduced somewhat. They came in on time.

They always efficient. Always explained everything. They arrive when they say they are coming, if they can't, they always call.

They came on time. They just didn't call back and they didn't finish their job. A part wasn't working and they told me they would fix it. It still wasn't working and they never came back out.
