Description of Work: Under a Service Warranty and Service Contract they had to order and replace a multiple speed blower motor for my furnace which had burned out. They worked very hard to have it delivered quickly and installed it late on a Friday after it had arrived earlier in the day (Friday). Excellent service as usual with this company and why we stay with them.

Description of Work: Flush and inspect water heater, inspect all kitchen, bathroom and basement water sources and faucets, inspected all visible plumbing lines, and checked for low flow toilet response and drain responses. Called ahead for earlier time of arrival--was fine with me. Very professional, willing to answer questions, very thorough in inspections. Did not do less work because it was an Angie's List special. I DEFINITELY will call again with any problem or issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Description of Work: AWE has been my annual maintenance provider for my Heating/AC system. They recommended I replace my system. I received a quote from them. They were not as competitive on price. in addition, the contractor I selected was more thorough in examining my home for current needs, versus just replacing what I had. They have been professional and responsive in the past, and they were professional and responsive in this request. I just felt it was time for a change.

Called and they were there in about 2 hours, assessed situation, gave me a price, and upon my acceptance, did the work. Timely, professional service provided by an experienced plumber. Description of Work: Replace humidifier on furnace. We have them do the maintenance on our furnace/ac unit. They were diligent for years abour keeping our old furnace and ac going. A couple years ago we finally had to replace and they now do maintenance on the new unit. It was determined during the last maintenance visit that it was necessary to now install a new humidifier. | |All of the service people and office staff are polite and helpful.
