Description of Work: We have had a twice a year service contract with AWE for many years. They service both our air conditioner & furnce. We have lived in our home over 35 years, and when the original furnace and air conditioner needed replacement, AWE advised us & installed new units. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: AWE came out to do a regular maintenance check on our central air unit. |Their technicians are always thorough and polite. We've been with them |for more than ten years.

Description of Work: They tried to sell me on a $3800 system to fix a problem that i feel was caused by their duct cleaning.

Description of Work: They do the maintenance on my A/C and Furnace. I have an off season inspection plan which they inspect the furnace in the Spring and the A/C in the Fall. They do a check/inspection and cleaning and then recommendations if any on possible maintenance or repair items at a discount since I'm a maintenance plan member. They have been servicing my units for over 12 years.

Description of Work: AWE installed a new high efficiency furnace and new air conditioner for us. It was a long project with the changes needed for the furnace, but the two installers stuck to it through the day and the rain. The installation looks good and everything works well. The installers were careful during the installation, putting down clothes to protect our flooring. They were also very thorough with their clean up and haul-away of the old unit.

Description of Work: I have yearly maintenance with them. They check out the furnace and make sure everything is running fine-which it is. They also put in the filters that I buy. They installed the whole system for me through COSTCO. They did a great job converting my home from a boiler system to furnace. I have used them ever since and have had no problems.

Description of Work: They were the original installers of my new furnace and air conditioner, which I purchased through Costco. A winter and spring check up were included in the package, but I am not very diligent about those things. They were persistent, though, and kept following up with me until I scheduled my appointments. They came on time and were very thorough.

Description of Work: They removed both of my old hot water heaters and installed a new tankless system. I am completely happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They installed a new heating system last yr on Feb 1 ,very cold day for heat to go out. We also had them do a new AC system. Periodic checks/inspections too. Flawless!

Description of Work: Installed a new Daiken furnace, humidifier, nest thermostat and nest protect. The installation is very good from an HVAC standpoint and corrected many outdated techniques used to install the previous furnace. The technicians were very experienced and professional and it shows through their work. | |My only complaint was that there was not much information regarding how to take advantage of the additional features of the furnace I bought, and the installers had never used a nest before. Luckily, the Nest is made to be very easy to use so that is not really an issue.

Description of Work: Annual service of furnace. I purchase a 2 year service contract with them for furnace and air conditioner. I have used them for several years and before my mother passed she used them for a number of years.

Description of Work: This was a contracted maintenance service. They checked the furnace, making sure everything was in working order. We had a service call about several weeks earlier. It turned out that a part was sticking and, as a result, the heat went out. The technician showed my husband what to do until the part came in (fortunately, he did not have to "unstick" the part during that time). At the time of the maintenance service, the technician replaced the part. The part had come in the week before and they promptly called me. I voluntarily waited for the maintenance call, which I had scheduled, because it was extremely cold and I figured they had enough "heat out" calls and we knew what to do in the mean time. They expressed their gratitude.
