Description of Work: They fixed my kitchen disposal and a part in the toilet tank that was causing squeaking. The repair man was knowledgeable, professional and resourceful. However, I felt like they were priced high for less than two hours of work and have since looked into getting an independent plumber. I would consider hiring AWE again if I encounter a plumbing emergency. They do seem capable.

This means that we are upfront and honest in the cost without anything hidden. We do not charge by the 1/4 hour or the hour. Flat rate includes all parts and labor. We do have a plan where you do get an additional 20% off and service, labor and parts....it's our Memeber Value plan and it's only $90 a year for plumbing! Description of Work: Replace old furnace and AC with new units. I purchased through costco and was an amazing deal. Service was great, sales rep were fantastic and communication with the company was solid. Even if you don't go through costco, which saved me $4000, I would highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of this service!!!

Description of Work: I have been using A.W.E. for over 10 years. I have all of my scheduled maintenance done for my furnace/AC through them at 2 houses. I have also had several repairs done by them to my systems. Their techs are always very friendly, on time and do a great job. The only part of their service I have found to not be competitive is their plumbing services, that always seems to be over-priced. It's been awhile since I've asked for another plumbing quote, so it may have changed since the last time. But overall they are a pretty good service provider in the heating/AC servicing. I am still using them to this day.
