Description of Work: I have been using A.W.E. for my furnace maintenance and repairs for my last 3 properties over the past 14 years (when they were called another name). I've always been happy with their professionalism and troubleshooting skills. Sometimes their prices can be a little high, especially on the water side of their service, but they've done consistently good work.

This issue was handled as soon as client called into Kristi, our Vice President. We offered the client to replace the boiler because the pipes were leaking. We did refuse to work on the boiler as anything that we did would not have fixed the issue due to age. Our client did have a new boiler installed by a local, largely known company. However, client called us because the pipes were still leaking. Kristi advised that this was the issue from the beginning and that company did the wrong thing by installing a boiler but knot doing a complete job. The pipes should've been replaced and were not. Client decided to use us for a complete rehab of her heating and cooling needs to bring everything to gas forced air and no longer uses the other company. We, as a company, will ALWAYS do thorough replacements, never half way. You get what you pay for from us and we NEVER allow our clients to settle. We educate our clients to know the importance of the quality of air in their home and work being done by us.....from cleanings, to estimates to installs. We car about what kind of air our clients are breathing in, money that client's save by having high efficiency units installed and peace of mind! We are happy that [Member Name Removed] is still our VALUED client after all of these years and that we were able to completely satisfy her and her families comfort needs! A success story at it's finest!

Our technicians have a rolling warehouse and we are always being sure that they are completely stocked, However, we do run into times that the technician may run out of something.
