Description of Work: It was an A/C tune up. The representative was late due to a problem that occurred on the stop previous to mine. He called, was very apologetic, came and did a thorough job even though it was getting late (last call of the day). He did not do any 'shortcuts' to get done quicker.

***We have never serviced this client*** This client had called us back on November 18, 2015. He purchased a $79 water heater special through Angie's List. We do not service the Oak Park area and the client was informed of that was was advised to contact Angie's List for a refund. We advised our rep from Angie's List and apologized for the inconvenience. As to why he feels the need to rate us an F in all categories is beyond us at this point as our Client Care Specialist advised the information to the client on the same day at 10:45a which was 1 hour and 45 minutes after the client contacted us. It's unfortunate that this client gave all F's as there is nothing that we did wrong. We will ALWAYS own up to any mistakes but in this case, we believe that it is no fault of ours. We were responsive, quick to advise the client that they are out of our service area and also contacted Angie's List for the client.

This means that there is NO hidden cost associated with the install or repair. We have kept our pricing very comparable to our competitors, if not less. We have found that MANY companies out there quote a price out to clients and then, in the very small print, there is statement that additional labor will be charged. And that's what happens. We have no surprises when it comes to any and all of our pricing. No hidden costs and we are fair and honest. You will always get quality work done by the best professionals in the industry as well as top of the line warranties, including labor warranty options. Description of Work: Cost is for 1 year prepaid maintenance. I just renewed with them again. This Tech was excellent and would rate A. Grade is reduced to B because there is quite a bit of variability among personnel. Last furnace Tech did less than most, though I believe he got all the basics. This A-C Tech said my unit was fine. Last year's told me I should get a new one.

In looking through all of your records, I see that you had the equipment installed by another company in 2004. I only pulled records dating back to 2011 and since that date, on the AC only, you spent almost $1500.00 in parts alone. In 2013 our technician was out on the AC cleaning and recommended higher efficiency units. See, when we see a client that is already paying nearly 1/2 the cost of a brand new unit in under 10 years, it raises a red flag to us and we want to offer whatever possible to have our clients not only continue to use us, but TRUST us.
