The technicians are competent and very professional. They come when they say they're going to come and they call right before they leave their previous appointment. The people at the office sound like they know who I am; they must have a quick computer and they call me up on the screen. My daughter had a problem and it was beyond their area but they sent a guy out to help. I only have good things to say about them. Their price is what I expect it to be. They're very clean and there are no messes when they leave. They're punctual and they have licensed plumbers and engineers to come and do the work. They know their stuff and they don't give me an attitude. If I'm not around and my wife is going to deal with them, I'd be fine with that.

I have a prepaid maintenance agreement which includes service on the furnace and air conditioner each once a year. It is all included in that agreement. I am overall satisfied. One time they did a repair and I thought it was a little high but it was an emergency so that was to be expected. Nothing has really blown me away about the company. There is a discount for emergency service due to the agreement and I get priority service if they are busy. Their price is about average. I've had no issues with their quality. They have been fairly responsive. All of the people that have come out have been fine.

They are fine. Sometimes their technicians are better than the others. The good technicians are great and the other ones are just okay. I don’t really have anything outstanding to say. Their price is good. I haven’t used them for an emergency but only for maintenance plan. They are punctual.

I like them. They come out twice a year. They come out every 6 months. The check ups are free, and if they find something wrong, then you have to pay. I like them because they are specialized in the unit that I had. It was something that the previous owner had put in so it is a plus.

The guy was very pleasant and nice but he's a little high compared to others. He's very professional. Their quote is almost double compared to other companies. That quote was ridiculous and so the pricing is horrible.

The work was pretty good. I liked it. They did it quickly. We have two air conditioning system, one upstairs and one downstairs. The one upstairs isn't powerful enough so I have to do something about that. They didn't give me a strong enough air conditioner for the top part of the house. The pricing was a little bit steep. They were responsive and punctual.

We are under contract for a yearly service agreement. I don't think we did pay for anything. Sure, I would recommend them to my neighbors. They performed their service and they’re timely. I haven’t had any complaints with them.

My experience with them has been excellent. I have been very happy with their service. I do not remember off the top of my head how much they charged me for the last service that they did for me because everything was all combined and there was a discount that was given because of everything. They are there at different times of the year because of the furnace, because of the air conditioner and because of the generator. What stands out to me about them that makes me keep using them is mainly the service that they provide. They provide excellent service. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It was excellent. We've used them for 20 years. We have them on an annual maintenance plan. They come out twice a year; once for the air conditioning and once for the heating. They will be out sometime the first part of July for the annual maintenance on the air conditioning unit. We've never had a problem. We will absolutely use them again.

The experience with them was fine. I didn't compare prices with other companies, and I just happened to run into their special promotion, and our furnace had had over 20 years on it. They took out the old unit, and took it away.

Their competitor had a ten-year warranty and they only had a five-year warranty. I asked if they could give me ten and they extended the maintenance contract to a ten. I've been happy with them. They come when they said they would, they're quick, and they clean up after themselves. I've had no problems. They're a little pricey.

We have been involved with them for a long time, since we purchased the house in 2002. They have been a good company. They have been reliable, we only had a problem one time with one of the technicians, and he caused a problem with the air conditioner, by doing something with the furnace, but the company was very good. They replaced the air conditioner and the furnace.

They are okay. I think they are too expensive but everybody is expensive today. Honestly I don't think they are any better or worse than any other air conditioning people. I use them because they installed our new furnace. They did a good job but there is nothing that stands out. They are the same as 55 other air conditioning people.

The installers were very professional. They laid down padding when the were in the house. When working outside for the compressor they did not walk thru the house. When completed they explained all the functions of the new controller and system. I would defiantly use this installer again.

My old AC unit went out and needed new one, i purchased the AC unit via Costco and selected AWE from list of qualified technician to install it for me. An installation appointment was scheduled and two technicians showed up to do the work, they were very courteous and professional. They get the job done in few hours and tested the new unit before leaving. It was a very pleasant experience working with AWE. I now use them for my yearly AC check up and very happy with the work they have done.

Two installers came to our home to put in a new Lennox air conditioner. The two men were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, neat and pleasant. They answered all our questions. They put footies on over their shoes and lay down drop clothes on the carpeting as to not bring in dirt. They were very efficient and finished the installation in what seemed to be a reasonable amount of time. We have been with A.W.E. for many years and they service all our furnace and air conditioning needs. We trust them and will continue to use them.

the technician was very good. he did a thorough cleaning of the air conditioner and even identified some electrical problems around the air conditioner.
