My husband and I have used A.W.E. ever since it was "The Air Conditioning and Heating Company"! We trust them and they have never let us down--whether it was servicing our furnace or our air-conditioner. We know that when they tell us we need a part or a new unit that we REALLY need one. They never try to up-sell you. We have used Daryl as our service provider for many years. Even our dog likes him! He does an awesome job--very professional and knowledgable! He is always clean and wears booties around my house--which is important to me! Our daughter had Camille do her air-conditioner service call recently and she liked his service as well. I highly recommend A.W.E. In fact, for the first time, we are thinking about using them for plumbing work now.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

We were scheduled for a pre-paid airconditioner yearly checkup for today between 11amto 1pm. I was called and told that the techician was able to come earlier,which was great! So,he arrived at 10:45am. I like that,get the job done earlier reduces my wait time. The technician Ian was courteous,knowledgeable,told me everything that he was doing and he answered my questions. Love that they wear the shoe covers to keep my floor cleaner. Ian was exceptional in interacting w/my young child with special needs. that was wonderful!

Each year I have A.W.E. come out to maintain my A/C and Furnace. They are always courteous, prompt and thorough. Ian came out this time and followed multiple steps to make sure my 14 year old A/C unit was operating the best it could. After taking off the outside cover, he hosed down and coils. I was amazed with the amount of "crud" he removed! Am hoping the check ups allow my systems to run for a bit more until I can afford a new unit. I trust A.W.E. completely and would highly recommend them to anyone!

All was done professionally. Servicemen were respectful, courteous, efficient, professional. They covered the entrance way with a tarp, covered their shoes, cleaned up all debris on the driveway. The person inspecting at the followup call was also professional and courteous. The salesman was knowledgeable, efficient while answering all our questions, helpful.

The serviceman was very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. He was polite. He arrived on time.

AWE is always punctual. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and they do an excellent job- always, My technician today was thorough and knowledgeable, and offered us advice on how to proceed. The only negative thing I can say is that they are pricey. But my husband would tell me that you get what you pay for!

Two very polite and well informed young men showed up on time and went over the plumbing issues I had. Showed me what actually needed to be done, gave me a quote with options that included everything. They did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old equipment. I was very satisfied with their work and their professionalism as well as their patience in explaining the issues and options. This was my first time to use their plumbing services, they installed my furnace and air conditioning a few years back which I never regretted. My gas and electric bills have never been lower, and the units have been dependable and quiet. Their service staff is professional and knowledgeable.

According to the voucher offer, the service provider 's area includes Kane County, IL. (We live in Kane County.) However, they do NOT cover the area where we live - Huntley, Kane County, IL.

The experience was good. The price was very reasonable. The quality was A rated. I wasn't present at the time, but everything was okay according to my realtor, I didn't hear anything negative.

AWE did excellent work. If you want high-quality work from a reliable and trustworthy vendor, I recommend AWE. I was also impressed that AWE immediately responded to my previous review -- I complained that I should not have been charged for a service call. A manager reached out to me, refunded the service charge, and restored my faith in this company.

It was a good experience and they're very good. I was very satisfied with their service and so I think the price was reasonable. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

We were very pleased with them. It was expensive. It was terrible and bitterly cold and I needed something done quickly because I have an elderly relative I was caring for and they were very efficient, prompt and it was done quickly. We have a warranty package with them and they’ve been very good with following up. A lot of education and explaining things, they make sure we understood, you know, how to control the thermostat and whatever. It was excellent. I think something went wrong and they were there right away, it was like within hours.

They used to be the air conditioning and heating company and they were really good the first time. We had stuck in our house and we had to put in air conditioning in our hall with the same on this one but then about 4-5 years ago; we're getting some service it seems very ironic that every time we get service something has to be replaced and this is ridiculous and we don't think that would be necessary. So we asked for a quote for a new air conditioning because ours is eighteen years old and they ended up giving us a quote 10 gran plus quote. I was not really not happy with A.W.E so I would probably say "No".

The provider took great care in the removal of the old toilet. He installed the new toilet and then should me the "features" of the toilet (it was a dual flush and had a quiet close seat). He then asked if there were any other plumbing concerns as long as he was there. I asked him to look at the tankless water heater which was dripping...again. He replaced two O-rings.

It was fine. He fixed it, put in a little freon and left. He did what he was supposed to do. He did good work. They put in the whole system and have serviced it every year. I don't know what other people charge. He forgot to put the cover on so we called and he came right back. He was here early. He called and said that he was coming early if we could have him. He knew what he was doing. We signed up another year for the contract.

Our experience with them has been fine but we have switched to someone else now because we needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit and another company gave us a price for the same equipment for thousands of dollars less. I have nothing bad to say about them except that for the replacement of the furnace and the air conditioner, they were expensive and they did a good job when we have used them. They were responsive and their punctuality was very good. They were also absolutely very professional but we would probably not use them again in the future because we have switched to this other company.

It was fantastic. We've been a long term customer of them. They're great people so we got nothing but great experience with them. We've been with them for 15 years plus. We didn't have any issues with them and the service people who came to the house are one of the main reasons why we're still with them.

It's a good company and they provide good service. We have used them for a long time. They're professional and they have good customer service. The guy who came out was good as well.

We had a great experience with them. This was the first time we've used them. They came in promptly when they said they would. They cleaned up perfectly before they left and they had a good warranty. The units are working beautifully. The price was good.

They are good. I like them. They are very thorough and the last guy he explained everything what he did. The pricing? I haven't compared them to anybody. I was satisfied. I never had a problem with them. They always come on time.

I've had good experiences with them. I've been using them for probably fifteen years now. I had a friend who was an air conditioning guy; I remember was furnace went out, he always tries to sell me a new one and I don't think he had enough expertise to actually fix it. But when I called them, they came out and actually knew what was wrong. They got it fix for me so since then I used them for everything.

I'm writing this because I have a maintenance check-up today and have recommended this company twice just this winter season. We discovered them quite a few years ago and signed up for a maintenance contract on our furnace and a/c. THEY CALL ME twice a year to schedule a maintenance call. This ensures that I actually use the contract. They do not try to sell me additional services at these visits; in fact, when I recommended them to my son, he was given some advice over the phone just to be sure that he didn't spend $$ on a service call only to find out that it was something simple. I like that helpful attitude and it is why I recommend them. They do change the furnace air filter each time and sometimes there is a coupon. We have a large filter and it's fairly expensive, so last year I thought I'd shop around to get a better price. As it turns out, I wasn't able to find a better price. Also, their advice on how to buy a filter was very helpful to me. Their technicians are very courteous, and clean in my house. They never leave debris behind. As I already mentioned, they are comfortable with giving helpful advice on getting the best out of your heating or a/c. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
