AWE Air Water Energy

I purchased the Big Deal thru Angie's List, which included the humidifier and installation labor. I scheduled the installation date and window of time directly with AWE over the phone and on the date of installation, they called early to let me know what time they would arrive. The technician arrived on time and performed the installation in about 2 hours. No extra costs or hidden fees, so I didn't owe anything else other than what I already paid thru the Big Deal. Now, I'm enjoying not having dry air and static shocks in my home this Winter. Overall, it was a great experience using AWE and I would definitely use them again.

No problems encountered due to A.W.E. putting in a new furnace and AC unit in 2014.

Fast and efficient installation. Good communication from the company. Only negative is that the installer reeked of cigarette smoke, but was otherwise very professional.

It went very well. I got the problem solved. I was pleased with the work that was done. They were very professional. I needed to have some routing done and they didn’t have it on the truck so they had to come back but it was no problem. They clean up very well.

Excellent service. Hot water heater went out just before Thanksgiving, which we were hosting. AWE got us a brand new hot water heater installed within a day and in time for company. Love this company and their service!!

Ended up needing a larger unit than the Angie's Deal was for so had to pay additional money at time of appoint, overall not that big of a deal and the technician was up front about that and asked if it was still ok to proceed with the work. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the end result and the workmanship. This is a top notch company and very service oriented. Would highly recommend.

They are clean cut. Always on time, if not early. We have never had a bad experience with them.

AWE called me ahead of time and said they could come out earlier which worked well for me. He was very efficient and friendly. I have the yearly maintenance plan as its cheaper that way plus I don't forget. I called them a while back after having an issue where I think I was charged too much by a different company for warranty work on my water heater and they were able to provide an estimate of what they would charged. That helped me to lower my bill with the other company (which I wont name here) and after that experience I will definitely call AWE back when I need to replace my next water heater for sure as AWE's price was much more reasonable.

We've had our furnace for 4 years, and have regular maintenance checks yearly. They send reminders via email/mail, but will also call you for an appointment - I like that. They call when the tech is on his way, which is great - especially this time as he was available earlier than the scheduled window and I had run out to do an errand (I thought I had plenty of time). When I mentioned that I was not at home, they said no problem. they'd let the tech know to wait. I don't think they've ever been late.The tech, Adam, was the same tech who had done our air conditioner maintenance check in the spring. He is very polite, and always puts those little booties over his shoes before coming into the house. He also takes time to explain what he will be doing, and asks if I want to have any other services, in this case checking out the humidifier as well as the furnace. Adam showed me the filter and asked if I wanted it replaced or if I wanted to wait. Adam grew up in the area where we live and is familiar with the older houses and the types of furnaces in them. He always makes suggestions about how to be more efficient.

The service was good but they could have tried harder to discover that my furnace was still under warranty. I felt they should have known this or should have been able to figure it out. I called the manufacturer to find out about the warranty. All aspects of the service was good. They gave me a quote for the main board which they should have realized was still under warranty and was twice the cost of what the company I ended up using to do the job. They explained to me what was wrong but the quote for the repair was unacceptable. The technician was outstanding and very professional.

After inspection, technician explained the humidifier circuit board seized up which requires a new one to be install. As he was finishing up paperwork for the job, he noticed our water heater severely leaking which he explained A.W.E. also does plumbing inspections/work. This is great news since searching for contractors is tedious; now to have one company for multiple issues makes life so much easier. Our contact with Kristi from the office was quick, efficient and painless. Then the technician, Jim C., was clean, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to educate us on our furnace, A/C, and humidifier. We will request Jim C for future maintenance service calls. We are very happy to have found this company.

All went well from start to finish. Polite and responsive office personnel, knowledgeable and efficient installers/technicians. Neat, clean and professional. A well run company. Very satisfied with the product, people and company.

I have many positive things to say and share. I may be writing for a long time. I had never heard about AWE before the Costco connection when I needed to purchase a new AC. The advisor came to my house and spent a lot of time explaining the different options available based on my needs and my house. I never felt pressured to purchase and after I asked, I learned about other services AWE provided that I was possibly in need of. As the story progresses, I had the AC installed, new thermostat, and many follow-up contacts to ask how my service was or if I had any questions or needed any additional help. I have never seen a company that really cares, is proactive, and values not only your business but you as a person. Well this is the company. How refreshing and apparent whenever you talk to anyone that works at AWE. They really like their job and herein lies another indication of a very well run company. They care about their employees too. It wouldn't be this way if that wasn't the case. I have had other services done by AWE and each time it has been great, they follow-up and always end each interaction with "Thank you for being our customer". Wow is all I can say. I am very thankful I found them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I believe their prices are fair and if there is a problem you experience they work hard to rectify it to your satisfaction. I speak from experience regarding my last statement as well. Having had a slight problem, I was contacted in a timely fashion and they (AWE team) went to work to resolve the issue. I mention AWE team as I feel that is what they are. They all work together and not only respect their customers but each other. I would say it is very much like a large caring family. I end this with something I have reflected on. After my continued experience as a customer of AWE, I think how lucky the employees are to work there. It exemplifies professionalism, integrity, respect and care for others. How awesome is that and as a customer says so much. Kudos to all of you at AWE.

They did exactly ahat they said they would do. They came on time, let us know in advance what they were going to do, then they went about their busliness. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up, they took away all the old equipment and the fittings,/duct work/sheet metal and disposed of it. Finally, they gave us an inspection "tour" explaing how everythling worked and told us what to communicate to the new owners once we sold our house.

We have had furnace/AC maintenance contracts with AWE for more than 12 years. Their technicians are technically competent, polite, respectful of our house. We typically get one of a few technicians that have been to our house before, so they are familiar with our HVAC system and know what work has been done previously. Our technician did -- and always does -- a very thorough clean and check of the full system . He was prompt...on this particular visit, he called to ask if he might come a little early, which was appreciated.

Furnace filter did not need to be changed, but I purchased a new one to install in a couple of months. So glad that ADAM found the problem with the humidifier and could f Adam, the technician, was very polite, friendly and kept shoes covered when inside the house. PTU -heat;-tested operation of furnace; Test 4; cleaned ignition; blew out PSI port; main motors running as designed; cycled and vacuumed out as needed. PTU humidifier test; operation OK; replaced humidifier pad #35; cleaned out as needed, cycled and tested it when complete

I am amazed at how they solved the problem with a simple fix as a "maintenance kit." Wish the installer had figured it out. I will use them for everything now and I am very glad I called them.

I recently purchased big deal for whole house humidifier from A.W.E. Air.Water.Energy. Before the purchase I called them and they said the model will be OK for my house. But when they came to install on 10/23/2014, they said this model will be too small and offered me another model with extra cost. I did not do that and would like to cancel my order.

He arrived on time at 8 am, professional and courteous, and worked quietly. He answered all of my questions, doing a great job of explaining what he did, providing several tips about proper use of the filter, and details of what might be a maintenance issue in a year from now. I continue to be impressed by AWE and look forward to renewing my service contract for my furnace and air conditioner (AWE also installed a new air conditioner in 2013).

This company is great. They returned my emails and calls quickly. Gave me a convienant installation date/time. The tech who installed the humidifier was great! He did an excellant job and there were no hidden costs. I got a great deal and I plan to use them again in the future.

Outstanding service and tech was awesome. Work quality is excellent, Went over system in detail with me. Only thing that caught me by surprise was that I had to upgrade humidifier unit as the unit in the special was too small for my house. had to pay difference but still not too bad. I would recommend them highly based on the quality of the work and appreciate the heads up on installing a unit that would have been too small for my house.

Bill cleaned the burner; removed the flame sensor and cleaned it; changed the furnace filter; vacuumed dust and debris; checked humidifier and changed humidifier pad. He also did a quick check of the sump pump and my water heater, which was above and beyond what was required for the annual fall service call. I inadvertently gave him the wrong credit card (my work AMEX) which did not go thru. The mistake was mine but Bill was very gracious and polite when he had to return to obtain a working credit card.

Nice looking young man came and put on shoe protectors. Followed me to the furnace and spent 1/2 hour going thru looking for leaks, dirt, checked filter, humidifier. All very professional, friendly, and answered all my dumb questions with a smile. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
