Great, as usual.
Description of Work: Cleaned and checked a/c. Found a problem, explained situation and replaced part. Said we need to replace UV lights and someone will get back to me with priced before ordering. Went over new maintenance program, cheaper than previous years. We are now signed up for another year. Thanks, Adam.

Description of Work: We were referred to them through a Costco program in which we had to pay up front in cash and would get a rebate of a thousand dollars in the form of a Costco cash card. I was told by the salesman that this card could be redeemed for cash and that was not the case. Also he filled out the paperwork incorrectly causing a 3 month delay in getting the rebate/store credit. The quality of the work done which was an entire HVAC unit was good and the workers were professional but the sales staff and office staff left me very disappointed with the service overall. We also had a sewer cleanout drain installed by their plumber who lied to me about the landfill he left in front of my house, and was extremely rude to my wife. I was told later on that this plumber was fired due to complaints. If you hire this company, please read their paperwork fine print carefully, because they will quote it back to you when you call them out on their misleading sales tactics.
