I thought the price was average.

They fixed the problem, but billed me for making a second trip which was even more than the original service. For having to make a second trip, they charged me $122.00. I thought that was excessive since the total work time was less than 40 inutes in ttal, and since they didn't have a part in their truck. I live 5 minutes away from them, so again, I think $122.00 for a second trip was not fair given if they had the part they would have been able to fix and total work would have been 30-40 minutes total. I was never told about a second charge just to come back for the same issue with the needed part. I can understand a charge for time replacing, but not just for having to make a return trip. Plus, they said $122.00 was their minimum charge to come back. Their work was done well and they seem experienced, professional, and reputable. As for fees, I would make sure you understand them prior to service.

I paid just under $7,000 on their services. They were very professional, did the work and with a lot of time that they estimated they were very good about being careful around the house and moving the equipment in and out. Their price was competitive.

I had them check my water heater which was causing me alot of problems. The water heater was 14 years old and had alot of calcification and wasn't working as well as it should. They recommended I replace the water heater instead of service it and it made sense to me because it was old. They took out the old one and replaced it with a new one. They also did a routine check and cleaning of my furnace. They are very professional and have been in business for a long time. They are, I think, more pricey than maybe others but they do a good job. They were here about 1 and 1/2 hours.

Their work was done well. Since that date nothing has been wrong. It is important to use someone with multi-level dwelling experience. My condo association also uses them. I will be having them back out this Thursday.

John called (as he said he would) at 7AM to let us know that he was leaving the shop. He arrived at 7:10AM and immediately headed to the basement and got to work. He needed to drill another small hole in the basement wall for another line to the outdoors. He worked constantly for 3+ hours even with my husband trying to get him to drink some coffee and have a sweet roll. I don't know how many trips John made up and down our basement stairs...I lost count. When finished, John gave my husband a "tutorial" on the care and feeding of our new pumps and the battery.

-I've used Armbrust in the past. They are always on time and do excellent work. After some recent flooding I needed to have the hot water heater replaced. (while they were here they did a few other jobs as well.)

Plumbers name was Ed. Very nice and knowledgeable. Even helped me hook up my washer and dry after he was done. A little higher on cost but totally worth it. Will come back if I have any issues or leaks.(Didn't find any).

Have used Armbrust in the past and have always been pleased with their work. A bit pricey but the peace of mind knowing it was done correctly is worth it! Very pleasant, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Will continue to use them in the future.

Armbrust may be a bit more expensive than their competition, but they do the job right the first time and stand behind their work. Every repair person has been on time, clean, knowledgeable and friendly.
